The Opus encoder has been causing issues on too many devices. Making AAC the default provides a better out-of-the-box experience. The device-specific workarounds for AAC have been removed, and the low-bitrate HE-AAC settings are now used for all devices when AAC is selected.

This also updates the user-facing codec selection to show "AAC" instead of "MPEG4".
Use better icon in drawer for all accounts and set name to "All accounts"
