HNOONa-0 30beca72c8 MDEV-35369: Add IS_DEPRECATED to SYSTEM_VARIABLES 
- Add IS_DEPRECATED and DEPRECATION_REPLACEMENT columns to the
  SYSTEM_VARIABLES information schema table
- Add a mysql-test case to verify the new columns output correctly
