NON-PRIMARY UNIQUE INDEX USING INNODB This patch adds the HA_INPLACE_ADD_UNIQUE_INDEX_NO_WRITE capability flag to InnoDB, indicating that concurrent reads can be allowed while non-primary unique indexes are created.
