3663cbb8db
Logger now unlocks all mutexes and destroys the two mutexes it contains. Protected by a logger-close mutex to prevent anything from happening between the unlock and destroy. git-svn-id: file:///svn/toku/tokudb.1032b@8397 c7de825b-a66e-492c-adef-691d508d4ae1
