  update fill_files_table to match new way of doing things
sql/mysql_priv.h:
  defines for INFORMATION_SCHEMA.FILES column numbers
  add init_fill_schema_files_row()
sql/sql_show.cc:
  add init_fill_schema_files_row(TABLE*) to help engines with filling schema files.
