Praveenkumar Hulakund 35a05a6008 Bug#11756600 - SLAVE THREAD CAN CRASH IF EVENT SCHEDULER
FAILS TO READ EVENT TABLE AT STARTUP.

This issue is fixed in 5.5+ versions. This patch adds a test
case for this scenario.
