unknown fc10df3805 - removed duplicate my_sys.h inclusion from lib_vio.c
- removed obsolete compile options from compile-pentium-debug-openssl


BUILD/compile-pentium-debug-openssl:
   - removed "--without-innodb" (InnoDB is on by default) and "--with-vio"
     (--with-openssl implies --with-vio)
libmysqld/lib_vio.c:
   - removed duplicate my_sys.h inclusion
