mysql-test/r/sp-error.result:
  Added test case for BUG#7299.
mysql-test/t/sp-error.test:
  Added test case for BUG#7299.
sql/sp_rcontext.cc:
  Corrected cut&paste error; make sure we only catch actual errors with sqlexception.
