 * Enhanced metadata information:
    - SHOW [COUNT(*)] ERRORS [LIMIT [offset,] rows]
    - SHOW [COUNT(*)] WARNING [LIMIT [offset,] rows]
    - SHOW TABLE TYPES
    - SHOW PRIVILEGES
    - SHOW COLUMN TYPES (Not fully implemented)

 * Prepared execution
 * Long data handling in pieces
 * And other misc changes
