Jan Lindström 7a1ad32118 MDEV-37986 : Test failure on galera.galera_provider_options_long 
Test configuration fixes only. Test failed because SSL-configuration
was incorrect and was missing ssl_ca parameter. Fixed by adding
correct SSL-configuration.
