Jan Lindström 79926f1c09 MDEV-36528 : Test failure on galera.mdev-22543
Test case changes only. Replace sleep with wait_condition
that makes sure that node_1 is still Donor after
node_2 has requested SST and is actually stuck on
debug sync wait.
