Fixed that Truncate_versioning_privilege works as any other privilege
during upgrade:
- If the privilege field does not exists, add it to the user and db tables.
If the user had super_privilege then the user will also get the new
Truncate_versioning_privilege.
This is done to ensure that if one has GRANT ALL PRIVILEGE before, one
will continue to have it after running mysql_upgrade.
This also fixes a bug where the Truncate_versioning_privilege

When doing an upgrade, you execute mysql_upgrade. If
mysql_upgrade fails to connect or it connects with a user
without the proper privileges, it will return the error:
FATAL ERROR: Upgrade failed
which is not very informative.
ANALYSIS
========
In main() and check_version_match(), the condition for
errors are clubbed together and throw the same error msg.
The functions need to be splitted up and the corresponding
error msgs have to be displayed.
FIX

ALTER TABLE should either bypass enforce-storage-engine, or mysql_upgrade
should refuse to run
Allow user to alter contents of existing table without enforcing
storage engine. However, enforce storage engine on ALTER TABLE
x ENGINE=y;
Change mysqlcheck option to upgrade-views={NO,YES,FROM_MYSQL}
mysql_upgrade now runs upgrade-views=yes to perform a checksum of all
views and add mariadb-version by default. upgrade-views=from_mysql if
MySQL is detected as teh origin version.

Huge patch, mainly due to having to update .result file for all SHOW BINLOG
