f67ad80280 Solve a "make" rule issue in the context of dtarce and shared objects: 
Replace a correct dependency in "storage/Makefile.am"
(which "make" cannot handle correctly, because it is to a "libtool"
convenience module) by a hack which it should.

8578e16ce3 Fixing some issues in the build when using DTrace probes 
Probe definition file is now a separate file that is copied during
build to the correct location, this enforces dependency requirements
correctly and allows builds to work when using the current or separate
build directories

391fff8f73 A workaround to handle the problem with that 
abs_top_srcdir doesn't work on some automake
platforms.

Done by copying the .d files to the build
directories.

76afa7ce07 Changed to use top_srcdir instead of abs_top_srcdir since many 
automake tools on Solaris seems to have a bug related to the
use of abs_top_srcdir

b040b460ed Added support for rep; nop replacing PAUSE due to Solaris bug 
Replaced abs_top_srcdir with top_srcdir, not sure it's an
improvement but at least it's known that abs_top_srcdir
in cases have a problem and this is a more common variable
to use for the same purpose.

f988a7e600 Add new pkgplugindir handling to seperate plugins from libraries, 
and allow override for binary distributions.  Extend mysql_config
to print compiled-in plugin location for third-party plugins to
use.  Resolves bug#31736.

3ee76a3e3c Update to add in support for AZIO. 
AZIO differs in that it uses mysys methods and removes all of the malloc calls.
