-Wdeprecated-copy-with-user-provided-copy was causing a few errors on
things that where defined in a way that was implicit. By removing code
it now compiles without warnings.

Boost includes sys/param.h on FreeBSD, which in turn defines setbit()
macro. This macro is conflicting with open_query::judy_bitset::setbit().
Reordered includes such that oqgraph_judy.h never sees this macro.
Also removed duplicate includes of graphcore-config.h, which is included
by graphcore-graph.h/oqgraph_shim.h/oqgraph_thunk.h.
- dijkstra_shortest_paths() needs a Graph as first parameter, in case of reverse_graph we now need to use
its m_g member
- use boost::tuples::tie() on all places where tie() was used . Reason -
fix the build with Visual Studio 10 SP1 (which includes std:tr1:tie, thus creating ambiguity)
