c279878493 Thread safe histograms loading
Previously multiple threads were allowed to load histograms concurrently.
There were no known problems caused by this. But given amount of data
races in this code, it'd happen sooner or later.

To avoid scalability bottleneck, histograms loading is protected by
per-TABLE_SHARE atomic variable.

Whenever histograms were loaded by preceding statement (hot-path), a
scalable load-acquire check is performed.

Whenever histograms have to be loaded anew, mutual exclusion for loaders
is established by atomic variable. If histograms are being loaded
concurrently, statement waits until load is completed.

- Table_statistics::total_hist_size moved to TABLE_STATISTICS_CB: only
  meaningful within TABLE_SHARE (not used for collected stats).
- TABLE_STATISTICS_CB::histograms_can_be_read and
  TABLE_STATISTICS_CB::histograms_are_read are replaced with a tri state
  atomic variable.
- Simplified away alloc_histograms_for_table_share().

Note: there's still likely a data race if a thread attempts accessing
histograms data after it failed to load it (because of concurrent load).
It was there previously and goes out of the scope of this effort. One way
of fixing it could be reviving TABLE::histograms_are_read and adding
appropriate checks whenever it is needed.

Part of MDEV-19061 - table_share used for reading statistical tables is
                     not protected

1055a7f4fc Simplified away statistics_for_tables_is_needed()
Removed redundant loops, integrated logics into the caller instead.
Unified condition in read_statistics_for_tables(), less
"table_share != NULL" checks, no more potential "table_share == NULL"
dereferencing.

4102f1589c Aria will now register it's transactions
MDEV-22531 Remove maria::implicit_commit()
MDEV-22607 Assertion `ha_info->ht() != binlog_hton' failed in
           MYSQL_BIN_LOG::unlog_xa_prepare

From the handler point of view, Aria now looks like a transactional
engine. One effect of this is that we don't need to call
maria::implicit_commit() anymore.

This change also forces the server to call trans_commit_stmt() after doing
any read or writes to system tables. This work will also make it easier
to later allow users to have system tables in other engines than Aria.

To handle the case that Aria doesn't support rollback, a new
handlerton flag, HTON_NO_ROLLBACK, was added to engines that has
transactions without rollback (for the moment only binlog and Aria).

Other things
- Moved freeing of MARIA_SHARE to a separate function as the MARIA_SHARE
  can be still part of a transaction even if the table has closed.
- Changed Aria checkpoint to use the new MARIA_SHARE free function. This
  fixes a possible memory leak when using S3 tables
- Changed testing of binlog_hton to instead test for HTON_NO_ROLLBACK
- Removed checking of has_transaction_manager() in handler.cc as we can
  assume that as the transaction was started by the engine, it does
  support transactions.
- Added new class 'start_new_trans' that can be used to start indepdendent
  sub transactions, for example while reading mysql.proc, using help or
  status tables etc.
- open_system_tables...() and open_proc_table_for_Read() doesn't anymore
  take a Open_tables_backup list. This is now handled by 'start_new_trans'.
- Split thd::has_transactions() to thd::has_transactions() and
  thd::has_transactions_and_rollback()
- Added handlerton code to free cached transactions objects.
  Needed by InnoDB.

5392b4a32c MDEV-20354 All but last insert ignored in InnoDB tables when table locked
mysql_insert() first opens all affected tables (which implicitly
starts a transaction in InnoDB), then stat tables.
A failure to open a stat table caused open_tables() to abort
the current stmt transaction (trans_rollback_stmt()). So, from the
server point of view the following ha_write_row()-s happened outside
of a transactions, and the server didn't bother to commit them.

The server has a mechanism to prevent a transaction being
unexpectedly committed or rolled back in the middle of a statement -
if an operation takes place _in a sub-statement_ it cannot change
the transaction state. Operations on stat tables are exactly that -
they are not allowed to change a transaction state. Put them in
a sub-statement to make sure they don't.

adefaeffcc MDEV-19536 - Server crash or ASAN heap-use-after-free in is_temporary_table /
read_statistics_for_tables_if_needed

Regression after 279a907, read_statistics_for_tables_if_needed() was
called after open_normal_and_derived_tables() failure.

Fixed by moving read_statistics_for_tables() call to a branch of
get_schema_stat_record() where result of open_normal_and_derived_tables()
is checked.

Removed THD::force_read_stats, added read_statistics_for_tables() instead.
Simplified away statistics_for_command_is_needed().

1bbe8c5e0f Proper fix for disabling warnings in read_statistics_for_table().
MDEV-20589: Server still crashes in Field::set_warning_truncated_wrong_value

- Use dbug_tmp_use_all_columns() to mark that all fields can be used
- Remove field->is_stat_field (not needed)
- Remove extra arguments to Field::clone() that should not be there
- Safety fix for Field::set_warning_truncated_wrong_value() to not crash
  if table is zero in production builds (We have got crashes several times
  here so better to be safe than sorry).
- Threat wrong character string warnings identical to other field
  conversion warnings. This removes some warnings we before got from
  internal conversion errors. There is no good reason why a user would
  get an error in case of 'key_field='wrong-utf8-string' but not for
  'field=wrong-utf8-string'. The old code could also easily give
  thousands of no-sence warnings for one single statement.

273d8eb12c MDEV-20589: Server still crashes in Field::set_warning_truncated_wrong_value
The flag is_stat_field is not set for the min_value and max_value of field items
inside table share. This is a must requirement as we don't want to throw
warnings of truncation when we read values from the statistics table to the column
statistics of table share fields.

588e67956a Make sure histograms do not write uninitialized bytes to record
A histogram size that is odd in size with DOUBLE precision will leave the last
