de85a60049 BUG#11758263 50440: MARK UNORDERED UPDATE WITH AUTOINC UNSAFE
Problem: Statements that write to tables with auto_increment columns
      based on the selection from another table, may lead to master
      and slave going out of sync, as the order in which the rows
      are retrived from the table may differ on master and slave.

      Solution: We mark writing to a table with auto_increment table
      as unsafe. This will cause the execution of such statements to
      throw a warning and forces the statement to be logged in ROW if
      the logging format is mixed.

      Changes:
      1. All the statements that writes to a table with auto_increment
      column(s) based on the rows fetched from another table, will now
      be unsafe.
      2. CREATE TABLE with SELECT will now be unsafe.

sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt:
  Added new Warning messages
sql/sql_base.cc:
  created a new function that checks for select + write on a autoinc table
  made all such statements to be unsafe.
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  made create autoincremnet tabble + select unsafe

7117e0635c A patch for Bug#11763413 (56115: SELECT doesn't work in
prepared statements with cursor protocol).

The problem was a bug in Materialized-cursor implementation.
Materialized_cursor::open() called send_result_metadata()
with items pointing to already closed table.

The fix is to send metadata when the table is still open.

NOTE: this is a "partial" fix: metadata are different with
and without --cursor-protocol, but that's a different large
problem, one indication of which is reported as Bug 24176.

3fa437cf40 Fix for Bug#56934 (mysql_stmt_fetch() incorrectly fills MYSQL_TIME
structure buffer).

This is a follow-up for WL#4435. The bug actually existed not only
MYSQL_TYPE_DATETIME type. The problem was that Item_param::set_value()
was written in an assumption that it's working with expressions, i.e.
with basic data types.

There are two different quick fixes here:
  a) Change Item_param::make_field() -- remove setting of
     Send_field::length, Send_field::charsetnr, Send_field::flags and
     Send_field::type.

     That would lead to marshalling all data using basic types to the client
     (MYSQL_TYPE_LONGLONG, MYSQL_TYPE_DOUBLE, MYSQL_TYPE_STRING and
     MYSQL_TYPE_NEWDECIMAL). In particular, that means, DATETIME would be
     sent as MYSQL_TYPE_STRING, TINYINT -- as MYSQL_TYPE_LONGLONG, etc.

     That could be Ok for the client, because the client library does
     reverse conversion automatically (the client program would see DATETIME
     as MYSQL_TIME object). However, there is a problem with metadata --
     the metadata would be wrong (misleading): it would say that DATETIME is
     marshaled as MYSQL_TYPE_DATETIME, not as MYSQL_TYPE_STRING.

  b) Set Item_param::param_type properly to actual underlying field type.
     That would lead to double conversion inside the server: for example,
     MYSQL_TIME-object would be converted into STRING-object
     (in Item_param::set_value()), and then converted back to MYSQL_TIME-object
     (in Item_param::send()).

     The data however would be marshalled more properly, and also metadata would
     be correct.

This patch implements b).

There is also a possibility to avoid double conversion either by clonning
the data field, or by storing a reference to it and using it on Item::send()
time. That requires more work and might be done later.

233e4d809a Bug#54488 crash when using explain and prepared statements with subqueries
The crash happens because original join table is replaced with temporary table
at execution stage and later we attempt to use this temporary table in
select_describe. It might happen that
Item_subselect::update_used_tables() method which sets const_item flag
is not called by some reasons (no where/having conditon in subquery for example).
It prevents JOIN::join_tmp creation and breaks original join.
The fix is to call ::update_used_tables() before ::const_item() check.

b76277fce5 Bug#54494 crash with explain extended and prepared statements
In case of outer join and emtpy WHERE conditon
'always true' condition is created for WHERE clasue.
Later in mysql_select() original SELECT_LEX WHERE
condition is overwritten with created cond.
However SELECT_LEX condition is also used as inital
condition in mysql_select()->JOIN::prepare().
On second execution of PS modified SELECT_LEX condition
is taken and it leads to crash.
The fix is to restore original SELECT_LEX condition
(set to NULL if original cond is NULL) in
 reinit_stmt_before_use().
HAVING clause is fixed too for safety reason
(no test case as I did not manage to think out
 appropriate example).

message:
Bug#989: If DROP TABLE while there's an active transaction, wrong binlog order
WL#4284: Transactional DDL locking

Currently the MySQL server does not keep metadata locks on
schema objects for the duration of a transaction, thus failing
to guarantee the integrity of the schema objects being used
during the transaction and to protect then from concurrent
DDL operations. This also poses a problem for replication as
a DDL operation might be replicated even thought there are
active transactions using the object being modified.

The solution is to defer the release of metadata locks until
a active transaction is either committed or rolled back. This
prevents other statements from modifying the table for the
entire duration of the transaction. This provides commitment
ordering for guaranteeing serializability across multiple
transactions.

- Incompatible change:

If MySQL's metadata locking system encounters a lock conflict,
the usual schema is to use the try and back-off technique to
avoid deadlocks -- this schema consists in releasing all locks
and trying to acquire them all in one go.

But in a transactional context this algorithm can't be utilized
as its not possible to release locks acquired during the course
of the transaction without breaking the transaction commitments.
To avoid deadlocks in this case, the ER_LOCK_DEADLOCK will be
returned if a lock conflict is encountered during a transaction.

Let's consider an example:

A transaction has two statements that modify table t1, then table
t2, and then commits. The first statement of the transaction will
acquire a shared metadata lock on table t1, and it will be kept
utill COMMIT to ensure serializability.

At the moment when the second statement attempts to acquire a
shared metadata lock on t2, a concurrent ALTER or DROP statement
might have locked t2 exclusively. The prescription of the current
locking protocol is that the acquirer of the shared lock backs off
-- gives up all his current locks and retries. This implies that
the entire multi-statement transaction has to be rolled back.

- Incompatible change:

FLUSH commands such as FLUSH PRIVILEGES and FLUSH TABLES WITH READ
LOCK won't cause locked tables to be implicitly unlocked anymore.

  at the end and unlock tables.
sql/sql_base.cc:
  Defer the release of metadata locks when closing tables
  if not required to.
  Issue a deadlock error if the locking protocol requires
  that a transaction re-acquire its locks.

  Release metadata locks when closing tables for reopen.
sql/sql_class.cc:
  Release metadata locks if the thread is killed.
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Release metadata locks after implicitly committing a active
  transaction, or after explicit commits or rollbacks.
sql/sql_plugin.cc:

  Allocate MDL request on the stack as the use of the table
  is contained within the function. It will be removed from
  the context once close_thread_tables is called at the end
  of the function.
sql/sql_prepare.cc:
  The problem is that the prepare phase of the CREATE TABLE
  statement takes a exclusive metadata lock lock and this can
  cause a self-deadlock the thread already holds a shared lock
  on the table being that should be created.

  The solution is to make the prepare phase take a shared
  metadata lock when preparing a CREATE TABLE statement. The
  execution of the statement will still acquire a exclusive
  lock, but won't cause any problem as it issues a implicit
  commit.

  After some discussions with stakeholders it has been decided that
  metadata locks acquired during a PREPARE statement must be released
  once the statement is prepared even if it is prepared within a multi
  statement transaction.
sql/sql_servers.cc:
  Don't implicitly unlock locked tables. Issue a implicit commit
  at the end and unlock tables.
sql/sql_table.cc:
  Close table and release metadata locks after a admin operation.
sql/table.h:
  The problem is that the prepare phase of the CREATE TABLE
  statement takes a exclusive metadata lock lock and this can
  cause a self-deadlock the thread already holds a shared lock
  on the table being that should be created.

  The solution is to make the prepare phase take a shared
  metadata lock when preparing a CREATE TABLE statement. The
  execution of the statement will still acquire a exclusive
  lock, but won't cause any problem as it issues a implicit
  commit.
sql/transaction.cc:
  Release metadata locks after the implicitly committed due
  to a new transaction being started. Also, release metadata
  locks acquired after a savepoint if the transaction is rolled
  back to the save point.

  The problem is that in some cases transaction-long metadata locks
  could be released before the transaction was committed. This could
  happen when a active transaction was ended by a "START TRANSACTION"
  or "BEGIN" statement, in which case the metadata locks would be
  released before the actual commit of the active transaction.

  The solution is to defer the release of metadata locks to after the
  transaction has been implicitly committed. No test case is provided
  as the effort to provide one is too disproportional to the size of
  the fix.

e53ecf2dc2 Bug#49141: Encode function is significantly slower in 5.1 compared to 5.0
The problem was that the multiple evaluations of a ENCODE or
DECODE function within a single statement caused the random
generator to be reinitialized at each evaluation, even though
the parameters were constants.

The solution is to initialize the random generator only once
if the password (seed) parameter is constant.

7853f553be Bug#48508: Crash on prepared statement re-execution.
Actually there is two different bugs.
The first one caused crash on queries with WHERE condition over views
containing WHERE condition. A wrong check for prepared statement phase led
to items for view fields being allocated in the execution memory and freed
at the end of execution. Thus the optimized WHERE condition refers to
unallocated memory on the second execution and server crashed.
The second one caused by the Item_cond::compile function not saving changes
it made to the item tree. Thus on the next execution changes weren't
reverted and server crashed on dereferencing of unallocated space.

The new helper function called is_stmt_prepare_or_first_stmt_execute
is added to the Query_arena class.
The find_field_in_view function now uses
is_stmt_prepare_or_first_stmt_execute() to check whether
newly created view items should be freed at the end of the query execution.
The Item_cond::compile function now saves changes it makes to item tree.

This patch implements:

WL#4264 "Backup: Stabilize Service Interface" -- all the
server prerequisites except si_objects.{h,cc} themselves (they can
be just copied over, when needed).

WL#4435: Support OUT-parameters in prepared statements.

(and all issues in the initial patches for these two
tasks, that were discovered in pushbuild and during testing).

Bug#39519: mysql_stmt_close() should flush all data
associated with the statement.

After execution of a prepared statement, send OUT parameters of the invoked
stored procedure, if any, to the client.

When using the binary protocol, send the parameters in an additional result
set over the wire. When using the text protocol, assign out parameters to
the user variables from the CALL(@var1, @var2, ...) specification.

The following refactoring has been made:
  - Protocol::send_fields() was renamed to Protocol::send_result_set_metadata();
  - A new Protocol::send_result_set_row() was introduced to incapsulate
    common functionality for sending row data.
  - Signature of Protocol::prepare_for_send() was changed: this operation
    does not need a list of items, the number of items is fully sufficient.

The following backward incompatible changes have been made:
  - CLIENT_MULTI_RESULTS is now enabled by default in the client;
  - CLIENT_PS_MULTI_RESUTLS is now enabled by default in the client.

include/mysql.h:
  Add a new flag to MYSQL_METHODS::flush_use_result
  function pointer. This flag determines if all results
  should be flushed or only the first one:

  - if flush_all_results is TRUE, then cli_flush_use_result()
    will read/flush all pending results. I.e. it will read
    all packets while server status attribute indicates that
    there are more results. This is a new semantic, required
    to fix the bug.

  - if flush_all_results is FALSE, the old sematic
    is preserved -- i.e. cli_flush_use_result() reads data
    until first EOF-packet.
include/mysql.h.pp:
  Update the ABI with new calls (compatible changes).
include/mysql_com.h:
  Add CLIENT_PS_OUT_PARAMS -- a client capability indicating that the client supportsю
libmysql/libmysql.c:
  Add mysql_stmt_next_result() -- analogue of mysql_next_result() for binary protocol.
  Fix a minor bug in alloc_fields() -- not all members were copied over,
  and some only shallow-copied (catalog).
  Flush all results in mysql_stmt_close() (Bug#39519).
libmysqld/lib_sql.cc:
  Rename send_fields() -> send_result_set_metadata().
  Refactoring: change prepare_for_send() so that it accepts only
  what it really needs -- a number of elements in the list.
mysql-test/r/ps.result:
  Update results: WL#4435.
mysql-test/t/ps.test:
  WL#4435: A test case for an SQL-part of the problem.
sql-common/client.c:
  Bug#39519.
  Implement new functionality in cli_flush_use_result():
  if flush_all_delete is TRUE, then it should read/flush
  all pending results.
sql/Makefile.am:
  Add a new header sql_prepare.h to the list
  of build headers.
sql/events.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/handler.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/mysql_priv.h:
  Move sql_prepare.cc-specific declarations to a new
  header - sql_prepare.h.
sql/procedure.h:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/protocol.cc:
  Move the logic responsible for sending of one result
  set row to the Protocol class. Define a template
  for end-of-statement action.
  Refactoring: change prepare_for_send() so that it accepts
  only what it really needs -- a number of elements in the list.
  Rename send_fields() to send_result_set_metadata().
sql/protocol.h:
  Update with new declarations (WL#4435).
  Rename send_fields() -> send_result_set_metadata().
  prepare_for_send() only needs the number of columns to send,
  and doesn't use the item list - update signature to require
  only what's needed.
  Add a new protocol type -- Protocol_local.
sql/repl_failsafe.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/slave.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_acl.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_base.cc:
  Include sql_prepare.h (for Reprepare_observer).
sql/sql_cache.cc:
  Extend the query cache flags block to be able
  to store a numeric id for the result format,
  not just a flag binary/non-binary.
sql/sql_class.cc:
  Update to use the rename of Protocol::send_fields()
  to Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
  Use Protocol::send_one_result_set_row().
sql/sql_class.h:
  Move the declaration of Reprepare_observer to the
  new header - sql_prepare.h.
  Update to the new signature of class Protocol::send_fields().
sql/sql_connect.cc:
  Use a protocol template method instead of
  raw NET layer API at the end of a statement.
sql/sql_cursor.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_error.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_handler.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
  Use new method Protocol::send_one_result_set_row().
sql/sql_help.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_lex.cc:
  Initialize multi_statements variable.
  Add a handy constant for empty lex
  string.
sql/sql_lex.h:
  Add a separate member for a standalone
  parsing option - multi-statements support.
sql/sql_list.cc:
  sql_list.h is a standalone header now,
  no need to include mysql_priv.h.
sql/sql_list.h:
  Make sql_list.h a stand-alone header.
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Include sql_prepare.h for prepared
  statements- related declarations.
  Use a new Protocol template method to end
  each statement (send OK, EOF or ERROR to
  the client).
sql/sql_prepare.cc:
  Implement Execute Direct API (WL#4264),
  currently unused. It will be used by the service
  interface (Backup).
  Use a new header - sql_prepare.h.
  Add support for OUT parameters in the
  binary and text protocol (prepared statements
  only).
sql/sql_prepare.h:
  Add a new header to contain (for now)
  all prepared statement- external
  related declarations.
sql/sql_profile.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_repl.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_select.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_show.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_string.h:
  Add a way to convert a String to LEX_STRING.
sql/sql_table.cc:
  Rename: Protocol::send_fields() ->
  Protocol::send_result_set_metadata().
sql/sql_update.cc:
  Remove an extraneous my_error(). The error
  is already reported in update_non_unique_table_error().
sql/sql_yacc.yy:
  Support for multi-statements is an independent
  property of parsing, not derived from
  the protocol type.
tests/mysql_client_test.c:
  Add tests for WL#4435 (binary protocol).

1164e2bc7a Bug#33851 Passing UNSIGNED param to EXECUTE returns ERROR 1210
The problem is that passing anything other than a integer to a limit
clause in a prepared statement would fail. This limitation was introduced
to avoid replication problems (e.g: replicating the statement with a
string argument would cause a parse failure in the slave).

The solution is to convert arguments to the limit clause to a integer
value and use this converted value when persisting the query to the log.

The problem is that CREATE VIEW statements inside prepared statements

4462578a1c WL#3984 (Revise locking of mysql.general_log and mysql.slow_log)
Bug#25422 (Hang with log tables)
Bug 17876 (Truncating mysql.slow_log in a SP after using cursor locks the
          thread)
Bug 23044 (Warnings on flush of a log table)
Bug 29129 (Resetting general_log while the GLOBAL READ LOCK is set causes
           a deadlock)

Prior to this fix, the server would hang when performing concurrent
ALTER TABLE or TRUNCATE TABLE statements against the LOG TABLES,
which are mysql.general_log and mysql.slow_log.

The root cause traces to the following code:
in sql_base.cc, open_table()
  if (table->in_use != thd)
  {
    /* wait_for_condition will unlock LOCK_open for us */
    wait_for_condition(thd, &LOCK_open, &COND_refresh);
  }
The problem with this code is that the current implementation of the
LOGGER creates 'fake' THD objects, like
- Log_to_csv_event_handler::general_log_thd
- Log_to_csv_event_handler::slow_log_thd
which are not associated to a real thread running in the server,
so that waiting for these non-existing threads to release table locks
cause the dead lock.

In general, the design of Log_to_csv_event_handler does not fit into the
general architecture of the server, so that the concept of general_log_thd
and slow_log_thd has to be abandoned:
- this implementation does not work with table locking
- it will not work with commands like SHOW PROCESSLIST
- having the log tables always opened does not integrate well with DDL
operations / FLUSH TABLES / SET GLOBAL READ_ONLY

With this patch, the fundamental design of the LOGGER has been changed to:
- always open and close a log table when writing a log
- remove totally the usage of fake THD objects
- clarify how locking of log tables is implemented in general.

See WL#3984 for details related to the new locking design.

Additional changes (misc bugs exposed and fixed):

1)

mysqldump which would ignore some tables in dump_all_tables_in_db(),
 but forget to ignore the same in dump_all_views_in_db().

2)

mysqldump would also issue an empty "LOCK TABLE" command when all the tables
to lock are to be ignored (numrows == 0), instead of not issuing the query.

3)

Internal errors handlers could intercept errors but not warnings
(see sql_error.cc).

4)

Implementing a nested call to open tables, for the performance schema tables,
exposed an existing bug in remove_table_from_cache(), which would perform:
  in_use->some_tables_deleted=1;
against another thread, without any consideration about thread locking.
This call inside remove_table_from_cache() was not required anyway,
since calling mysql_lock_abort() takes care of aborting -- cleanly -- threads
that might hold a lock on a table.
This line (in_use->some_tables_deleted=1) has been removed.

b11f1d0c97 5.1 version of a fix and test cases for bugs:
Bug#4968 ""Stored procedure crash if cursor opened on altered table"
Bug#6895 "Prepared Statements: ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN does nothing"
Bug#19182 "CREATE TABLE bar (m INT) SELECT n FROM foo; doesn't work from
stored procedure."
Bug#19733 "Repeated alter, or repeated create/drop, fails"
Bug#22060 "ALTER TABLE x AUTO_INCREMENT=y in SP crashes server"
Bug#24879 "Prepared Statements: CREATE TABLE (UTF8 KEY) produces a
growing key length" (this bug is not fixed in 5.0)

Re-execution of CREATE DATABASE, CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE
statements in stored routines or as prepared statements caused
incorrect results (and crashes in versions prior to 5.0.25).

In 5.1 the problem occured only for CREATE DATABASE, CREATE TABLE
SELECT and CREATE TABLE with INDEX/DATA DIRECTOY options).

The problem of bugs 4968, 19733, 19282 and 6895 was that functions
mysql_prepare_table, mysql_create_table and mysql_alter_table are not
re-execution friendly: during their operation they modify contents
of LEX (members create_info, alter_info, key_list, create_list),
thus making the LEX unusable for the next execution.
In particular, these functions removed processed columns and keys from
create_list, key_list and drop_list. Search the code in sql_table.cc
for drop_it.remove() and similar patterns to find evidence.

The fix is to supply to these functions a usable copy of each of the
above structures at every re-execution of an SQL statement.

To simplify memory management, LEX::key_list and LEX::create_list
were added to LEX::alter_info, a fresh copy of which is created for
every execution.

The problem of crashing bug 22060 stemmed from the fact that the above
metnioned functions were not only modifying HA_CREATE_INFO structure
in LEX, but also were changing it to point to areas in volatile memory
of the execution memory root.

The patch solves this problem by creating and using an on-stack
copy of HA_CREATE_INFO in mysql_execute_command.

Additionally, this patch splits the part of mysql_alter_table
that analizes and rewrites information from the parser into
a separate function - mysql_prepare_alter_table, in analogy with
mysql_prepare_table, which is renamed to mysql_prepare_create_table.

mysql-test/r/ps.result:
  Update test results (Bug#19182, Bug#22060, Bug#4968, Bug#6895)
mysql-test/r/sp.result:
  Update results (Bug#19733)
mysql-test/t/ps.test:
  Add test cases for Bug#19182, Bug#22060, Bug#4968, Bug#6895
mysql-test/t/sp.test:
  Add a test case for Bug#19733
sql/field.h:
  Implement a deep copy constructor for create_field
sql/mysql_priv.h:
  LEX::key_list and LEX::create_list were moved to LEX::alter_info.
  Update declarations to use LEX::alter_info instead of these two
  members.
  Remove declarations of mysql_add_index, mysql_drop_index.
sql/sql_class.cc:
  Implement deep copy constructors.
sql/sql_class.h:
  Implement (almost) deep copy constructors for key_part_spec,
  Alter_drop, Alter_column, Key, foreign_key.
  Replace pair<columns, keys> with an instance of Alter_info in
  select_create constructor. We create a new copy of Alter_info
  each time we re-execute SELECT .. CREATE prepared statement.
sql/sql_insert.cc:
  Adjust to a new signature of create_table_from_items.
sql/sql_lex.cc:
  Implement Alter_info::Alter_info that would make a "deep" copy
  of all definition lists (keys, columns).
  Move is_partition_management() from sql_partition.cc (feature-based
  file division is evil).
sql/sql_lex.h:
  Move key_list and create_list to class Alter_info. Implement
  Alter_info::Alter_info that can be used with PS and SP.
  Get rid of Alter_info::clear() which was an attempt to save on
  matches and always use Alter_info::reset().
  Implement an auxiliary Alter_info::init_for_create_from_alter()
  which is used in mysql_alter_table.
sql/sql_list.cc:
    Implement a copy constructor of class List that makes a deep copy
    of all list nodes.
sql/sql_list.h:
  Implement a way to make a deep copy of all list nodes.
sql/sql_parse.cc:
  Adjust to new signatures of mysql_create_table, mysql_alter_table,
  select_create. Functions mysql_create_index and mysql_drop_index has
  become identical after initialization of alter_info was moved to the
  parser, and were merged. Flag enable_slow_log was not updated for
  SQLCOM_DROP_INDEX, which was a bug.
  Just like CREATE INDEX, DROP INDEX is currently done via complete
  table rebuild and is rightfully a slow administrative statement.
sql/sql_partition.cc:
  Move is_partition_management() to sql_lex.cc
  Adjust code to the new Alter_info.
sql/sql_table.cc:
  Adjust mysql_alter_table, mysql_recreate_table, mysql_create_table,
  mysql_prepare_table to new signatures.
  Rename mysql_prepare_table to mysql_prepare_create_table. Make
  sure it follows the convention and returns FALSE for success and
  TRUE for error.
  Move parts of mysql_alter_table to mysql_prepare_alter_table.
  Move the first invokation of mysql_prepare_table from mysql_alter_table
  to compare_tables, as it was needed only for the purpose
  of correct comparison.
  Since now Alter_info itself is created in the runtime mem root,
  adjust mysql_prepare_table to always allocate memory in the
  runtime memory root.
  Remove dead code.
sql/sql_yacc.yy:
  LEX::key_list and LEX::create_list moved to class Alter_info
