Bug was that ReplSemiSyncMaster::commitTrx() was waiting on a condition
for state to change, but didn't take into account that one could have
disabled semi-sync during the wait.

DESCRIPTION
===========
Crash occurs when daemon_example plugin is uninstalled
immediately after its installed. This can be reproduced
by installing and uninstalling the plugin repeatedly.
ANALYSIS
========
The daemon_example_plugin_deinit() function of the daemon
example plugin calls pthread_cancel() but doesn't wait for
the worker thread to actually complete before deallocating
the data buffer and closing the file that it writes to.
This is causing SEGFAULT!
FIX
===
Added a pthread_join() to wait for the thread to complete
before doing the cleanup work.
Removed a stray 'x' variable from the example code.

Put client plugins into -common rpm, not -shared.
Because they're needed for

If the SET PASSWORD query doesn't have the password string,
the parsing of it can fail. It manifested first in MySQL 5.6 as
it started to hide password lines sent to the plugins.
Fixed by checking for that case.

stat structure (from <sys/stat.h>) is conditionally defined
to have different layout and size depending on the defined macros.
The correct macro is defined in my_config.h, which means it MUST be
included first (or, at least before <features.h> - so, practically,
before including any system headers).
The reason for the failure was a bug in an include file on debian that causes 'struct stat'
to have different sized depending on the environment.
This patch fixes so that we always include my_global.h or my_config.h before we include any other files.
Other things:
- Removed #include <my_global.h> in some include files; Better to always do this at the top level to have as few
"always-include-this-file-first' files as possible.
- Removed usage of some include files that where already included by my_global.h or by other files.

- CREATE TABLE is by default executed on the slave as CREATE OR REPLACE
- DROP TABLE is by default executed on the slave as DROP TABLE IF NOT EXISTS
This means that a slave will by default continue even if we try to create
a table that existed on the slave (the table will be deleted and re-created) or
if we try to drop a table that didn't exist on the slave.
This should be safe as instead of having the slave stop because of an inconsistency between
master and slave, it will fix the inconsistency.
Those that would prefer to get a stopped slave instead for the above cases can set slave_ddl_exec_mode to STRICT.
- Ensure that a CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE which dropped a table is replicated
- DROP TABLE that generated an error on master is handled as an identical DROP TABLE on the slave (IF NOT EXISTS is not added in this case)
- Added slave_ddl_exec_mode variable to decide how DDL's are replicated
New logic for handling BEGIN GTID ... COMMIT from the binary log:
- When we find a BEGIN GTID, we start a transaction and set OPTION_GTID_BEGIN
- When we find COMMIT, we reset OPTION_GTID_BEGIN and execute the normal COMMIT code.
- While OPTION_GTID_BEGIN is set:
- We don't generate implict commits before or after statements
- All tables are regarded as transactional tables in the binary log (to ensure things are executed exactly as on the master)
- We reset OPTION_GTID_BEGIN also on rollback
This will help ensuring that we don't get any sporadic commits (and thus new GTID's) on the slave and will help keep the GTID's between master and slave in sync.

switched off already. This is basically the pattern throughout the
rest of the semisync plugin and no other calls seem vulnerable to
similar crashes/assertions.
(This a backport of the patch to 5.5, which is also vulnerable.)

Needed for find pcre.h (which is generated from pcre.h.in) when
build directory != source directory.

Problem:
=======
If master is waiting for a reply from slave, at this time
set global rpl_semi_sync_master_enabled=OFF, the master
server will crash.
Analysis:
========
When master is waiting for a reply from slave, at this time
if semi sync is switched off on master, during switch off if
active transactions are present the transactions will be
cleared and "active_tranxs_" variable will be set to NULL.
When the waiting master connection finds that semi sync is
switched of it tries to access "active_tranxs_" without
checking if the transaction list exists or not. Accessing
NULL transaction list causes the crash.
Fix:

A check has been added to see a valid list exists before
accessing the "active_tranxs_".

Log rotation can be disabled with 'set rotations=0'.
If rpl_semi_sync_master_timeout is large, calculation of absolute waiting time in semi-sync plugin is inefficient. This error is specific to systems with 64 bit long values (all 64 bit Unixes)
In rpl_semi_sync_master_timeout has maximal value (= MAX_ULONGLONG), calculating abstime may require ~ 18 billion subtract operations.
The fix is to use division instead of subtraction-in-a-loop. Also fixed an integer overflow bug.
