This might apply to 10.1 and 10.2 as well, but I cannot run that test
there without installing third-party software. The test would expect
"innobackupex" to be in path. If I add a wrapper script that invokes
mariabackup --innobackupex, then on 10.2 the cluster would fail to start
up due to a version number mismatch.
If galera.galera_gtid_slave_sst_rsync is repeated more than once it will fail due incorrect GTID position. After stopping SLAVE node reset also GTID_SLAVE_POS variable.
Bug was introduced in this commit:
commit: a9ca819897
Call alloc() instead of realloc()
Use alloc() if we don't need original string (avoid copy)
Removed not needed test of str_length in sql_string.cc
copy_if_not_alloced() was forgotten when changing realloc()'s to alloc()'s.
Changing it now.

MDEV-16557 Remove INNOBASE_SHARE::idx_trans_tbl
ha_innobase::innobase_get_index: remove incorrect assertion.
Index nullability is checked in subsequent ifs.
Closes#1079
The test innodb.recovery_shutdown would occasionally fail,
because recovered incomplete transactions would be conflicting
with DROP TABLE, causing the background drop table queue to be invoked.
Add a slow shutdown before dropping the tables, so that the
recovered transactions will be rolled back. Starting with MDEV-14705,
normal shutdown would abort the rollback of recovered transactions.
Fix one more bug in "DDL redo" phase in prepare
If table was renamed, and then new table was created with the old name,
prepare can be confused, and .ibd can end up with wrong name.
Fix the order of how DDL fixup is applied , once again - ".new" files
should be processed after renames.
btr_cur_pessimistic_insert(): Do not attempt to convert the
metadata BLOB to external storage if it has already been converted.
It could have been converted by btr_cur_pessimistic_update().
Relax some over-zealous assertions.
dtuple_convert_big_rec(): Assert that the metadata BLOB has
not been converted yet.
If, during backup
1) Innodb table is dropped (after being copied to backup) and then
2) Before backup finished, another Innodb table is renamed, and new name
is the name of the dropped table in 1)
then, --prepare fails with assertion, as DDL fixup code in prepare
did not handle this specific case.
The fix is to process drops before renames, in prepare DDL-"redo" phase.
dict_table_t::instant_column(): Correctly compute the value of
metadata_changed. The original computation in
commit 003720755f would essentially
invoke memcmp(x,x,y), which can only return 0.
During database recovery, a transaction with wsrep XID is
recovered from InnoDB in prepared state. However, when the
transaction is looked up with trx_get_trx_by_xid() in
innobase_commit_by_xid(), trx->xid gets cleared in
trx_get_trx_by_xid_low() and commit time serialization history
write does not update the wsrep XID in trx sys header for
that recovered trx. As a result the transaction gets
committed during recovery but the wsrep position does not
get updated appropriately.
As a fix, we preserve trx->xid for Galera over transaction
commit in recovery phase.

When we have a nested subquery then a subquery that was a dependent subquery
may change to an independent one when we optimizer the inner subqueries.
This is handled st_select_lex::optimize_unflattened_subqueries.
Currently a subquery that was changed to independent from dependent after optimization
phase incorrectly shows dependent in the output of Explain, this happens because we
don't update used_tables for the WHERE clause, ON clause, etc after the optimization phase.
This is a regression after MDEV-13671.
The bug is related to key part prefix lengths wich are stored in SYS_FIELDS.
Storage format is not obvious and was handled incorrectly which led to data
dictionary corruption.
SYS_FIELDS.POS actually contains prefix length too in case if any key part
has prefix length.
innobase_rename_column_try(): fixed prefixes handling
Tests for prefixed indexes added too.
