48680ee3a0 Allow keys with 0 segements in MyISAM 
This fixed a bug in SELECT DISTINCT when all selected parts where constants. (Bug #3203)

Added more DBUG statements
Ensure that we are comparing end space with BINARY strings
Use 'any_db' instead of '' to mean any database. (For HANDLER command)
Only strip ' ' when comparing CHAR, not other space-like characters (like \t)

151b558e21 Mark that strings may change on index only reads (for BDB tables).

8a77f97079 Add detection of in_addr_t 
Add pack_bits to pack_reclength for dynamic rows.  This solves buffer a possible buffer overflow on update.
(This will probably solve bug #563)

Free row buffer cache after each query for MyISAM tables.
Added table join option FORCE INDEX
Fixed core dump bug when connecting with hostname that could not be resolved.

8a088f2e3c optimize table corruption fixed, though more clean fix is desired. 
Fix for another optimize bug is undone, as the new one handles both cases.

f3a186c905 Portability fixes. 
Improve mysql-test to be more robust.
Fix that GRANT doesn't delete SSL options
Change innobase_flush_log_at_trx_commit to uint.
Don't rotate logs if we read a rotate log entry from the master.

7134ffec21 Merge with 4.0.3 
Some simple optimzations, more comments and indentation changes.
Add ` around database in 'use database' in binary log.
Moved max_error_count and max_warning_count to variables struct.
Removed SHOW_WARNS_COUNT and SHOW_ERRORS_COUNT calls.
Changed string functions to use character set of first string argument as default return characterset
(Each string function can change the above assumption if needed)
