7da691c9f8 1. Slice of fix for Bug#42003 tests missing the disconnect of connections <> default 
- If missing: add "disconnect <session>"
   - If physical disconnect of non "default" sessions is not finished
     at test end: add routine which waits till this happened
+ additional improvements like
  - remove superfluous files created by the test
  - replace error numbers by error names
  - remove trailing spaces, replace tabs by spaces
  - unify writing of bugs within comments
  - correct comments
  - minor changes of formatting
Modifications according to the code review are included.

45fe5879f4 Bug#18628 mysql-test-run: security problem(part1) 
- Implement --secure-file-priv=<dir> option that limits
  "load_file", "LOAD DATA" and "SELECT .. INTO OUTFILE" to work 
  with files in specified dir.
 - Use above option for mysqld in mysql-test-run.pl

21f4e8aadb Bug#10418: LOAD_FILE does not behave like in manual if file does not exist 
load_file() string-function should return NULL rather than throw an error if
the file doesn't exist, as per the manual.
