640051e06a Binlog compressed
Add some event types for the compressed event, there are:
     QUERY_COMPRESSED_EVENT,
     WRITE_ROWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT_V1,
     UPDATE_ROWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT_V1,
     DELETE_POWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT_V1,
     WRITE_ROWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT,
     UPDATE_ROWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT,
     DELETE_POWS_COMPRESSED_EVENT.
These events inheritance the uncompressed editor events. One of their constructor functions and write
function have been overridden for uncompressing and compressing. Anything but this is totally the same.

On slave, The IO thread will uncompress and convert them When it receiving the events from the master.
So the SQL and worker threads can be stay unchanged.

Now we use zlib as compress algorithm. It maybe support other algorithm in the future.

c3018b0ff4 Fixes to get all test to run on MacosX Lion 10.7
This includes fixing all utilities to not have any memory leaks,
as safemalloc warnings stopped tests from passing on MacOSX.

- Ensure that all clients takes character-set-dir, as the
  libmysqlclient library will use it.
- mysql-test-run now passes character-set-dir to all external clients.
- Changed dynstr_free() so that it can be called twice (made freeing code easier)
- Changed rpl_global_gtid_slave_state to be allocated dynamicly as it
  includes a mutex that needs to be initizlied/destroyed before my_end() is called.
- Removed rpl_slave_state::init() and rpl_slave_stage::deinit() as
  their job are better handling by constructor and delete.
- Print alias instead of table_name in check_duplicate_key as
  table_name may have been converted to lower case.

Other things:
- Fixed a case in time_to_datetime_with_warn() where we where
  using && instead of & in tests

5018a6606f cleanup: Log_event::read_log_event()
There are three Log_event::read_log_event() methods:
1. read the event image from IO_CACHE into String
2. create Log_event from the in-memory event image
3. read the event image from IO_CACHE and create Log_event

The 3rd was reading event image into memory and invoking the 2nd to
create Log_event. Now the 3rd also uses the 1st to read the event image
from IO_CACHE into memory, instead of duplicating its functionality.

0827d75627 Bug #18808072 MYSQLBINLOG USES LOCALTIME() TO PRINT EVENTS, CAUSES KERNEL MUTEX CONTENTION
Problem: For every event read, mysqlbinlog calls localtime() which in turn
calls stat(/etc/localtime) which is causing kernel mutex contention.

Analysis and Fix:
localtime() calls stat(/etc/localtime) for every instance of the call
where as localtime_r() the reentrant version was optimized to store
the read only tz internal structure. Hence it will not call
stat(/etc/localtime). It will call only once at the beginning.
The mysql server is calling localtime_r() and mysqlbinlog tool is
one place where we are still using localtime().

Once the process (mysqlbinlog) is started if timezone is changed
it will be not picked up the the process and it will continue
with the same values as the beginning of the process. This
behavior is in-lined with mysql server.

Also adding localtime_r() and gmtime_r() support for windows.

b25d5cff5c Bug#16607258 :Linker Errors Due To Inclusion Of An Implementation File
In log_event.h

DESCRIPTION:
Due to inclusion of an implementation file, namely 'rpl_tblmap.cc'
in a header file, namely 'log_event.h'; linker errors occur if
log_event.h is included in an application containing multiple source
files, such as in the case of Binlog API.

Binlog API requires including log_event.h in its source files;
which leads to multiple definition errors, for functions defined
in rpl_tblmap.cc for class 'table_mapping'.

FIX:
Change the inclusion from header file(log_event.h) to source files
using this header and have flag MYSQL_CLIENT set. The only file in
the current server repository is mysqlbinlog.cc.

client/mysqlbinlog.cc:
  Pulled in code of rpl_tblmap.cc
sql/log_event.h:
  Removed inclusion of the implementation file from this header file

b95d5cdaa4 Bug#14771299 OUT-OF-BOUND READS WRITE IN MYSQLBINLOG
Problem:
=======
Found using AddressSanitizer testing.

The mysqlbinlog utility may result in out-of-bound heap
buffer reads and thus, undefined behaviour, when processing
RBR events in the old (pre-5.1 GA) format.

The following code in process_event() would only be correct
if Rows_log_event was the base class for
Write,Update,Delete_rows_log_event_old classes:

    case PRE_GA_WRITE_ROWS_EVENT:
    case PRE_GA_DELETE_ROWS_EVENT:
    case PRE_GA_UPDATE_ROWS_EVENT:
...
        Rows_log_event *e= (Rows_log_event*) ev;
        Table_map_log_event *ignored_map=
          print_event_info->m_table_map_ignored.get_table(e->get_table_id());
...
        if (e->get_flags(Rows_log_event::STMT_END_F))
        {
...
        }

However, Rows_log_event is only the base class for the
Write,Update_Delete_rows_event family of classes, but not
for their *_old counterparts. So the above typecasts are
incorrect for the old-format RBR events and may result (and
do result according to AddressSanitizer reports) in reading
memory outside of the previously allocated on heap buffer.

Fix:
===
The above mentioned invalid type cast has been replaced with
appropriate old counterpart.

Note:The above mentioned issue is present only mysql-5.1 and
5.5. This is fixed in mysql-5.6 and above as part of
Bug#55790. Hence few of the relevant changes of Bug#55790 are
being back ported to fix the current issue.
