Rename mix_innodb_myisam_binlog-master.opt; when the test was moved to
separate stm/row test cases, the .opt were not moved along with it,
causing a 60-second test duration because of default lock timeout :-(
- Pass "buffers[i]" to val_str() in udf_handler::fix_fields insteead of NULL.
- Add testcase for UDF that will load and run the udf_example functions

Optimised version of ADD/DROP/REORGANIZE partitions for

ctype-gb2312.c:
Adding specific well_formed_length functions
for gb2312 and euckr, to allow storing characters
which are correct according to the character set
specifications but just don't have Unicode mapping.
Previously only those which have Unicode mapping
could be stored, while unassigned characters lead
to data truncation.

according to the standard.
The idea is to use Field-classes to implement stored routines
variables. Also, we should provide facade to Item-hierarchy
by Item_field class (it is necessary, since SRVs take part
in expressions).
The patch fixes the following bugs:
- BUG#8702: Stored Procedures: No Error/Warning shown for inappropriate data
type matching;
- BUG#8768: Functions: For any unsigned data type, -ve values can be passed
and returned;
- BUG#8769: Functions: For Int datatypes, out of range values can be passed
and returned;
- BUG#9078: STORED PROCDURE: Decimal digits are not displayed when we use
DECIMAL datatype;
- BUG#9572: Stored procedures: variable type declarations ignored;
- BUG#12903: upper function does not work inside a function;
- BUG#13705: parameters to stored procedures are not verified;
- BUG#13808: ENUM type stored procedure parameter accepts non-enumerated
data;
- BUG#13909: Varchar Stored Procedure Parameter always BINARY string (ignores
CHARACTER SET);
- BUG#14161: Stored procedure cannot retrieve bigint unsigned;
- BUG#14188: BINARY variables have no 0x00 padding;
- BUG#15148: Stored procedure variables accept non-scalar values;
- Added show status variable "compression" for checking that compression is turned on.
- Updated show status variable "have_openssl" to be set to DISABLED if server supports ssl but it's not turned on to accept incoming ssl connections.
- Setup server to accept ssl connections from clients ig that is supported by server
- New tests
- ssl - Run with ssl turned on
- ssl_compress - Run with ssl and compression turned on
- compress - Run with compression turned in
- Updated test
- openssl_1, rpl_openssl1 - Changed to run if server supports ssl
index doesn't return correct result

Use charset of LIKE to decide whether
to use 8bit or Unicode "escape" value.
But use charset of "escape" to scan escape character.
strings/ctype-xxx.c:
We cannot reduce "end" pointer using charpos(),
because of possible escape characters in the string.
Limit the loop using count of written characters instead.

Adding test case.
* Provide backwards compatibility extension to name resolution of
coalesced columns. The patch allows such columns to be qualified
with a table (and db) name, as it is in 4.1.
Based on a patch from Monty.
* Adjusted tests accordingly to test both backwards compatible name
resolution of qualified columns, and ANSI-style resolution of
non-qualified columns.
For this, each affected test has two versions - one with qualified
columns, and one without.
Adjustment of float results for Windows

HP-UX compiler was generating code which makes wrong conversion from double to
ulonglong which results in not using index in some cases.
Changed type cast operators odrer with which generated code makes proper
conversion.
"Process NATURAL and USING joins according to SQL:2003".
* Some of the main problems fixed by the patch:
- in "select *" queries the * expanded correctly according to
ANSI for arbitrary natural/using joins
- natural/using joins are correctly transformed into JOIN ... ON
for any number/nesting of the joins.
- column references are correctly resolved against natural joins
of any nesting and combined with arbitrary other joins.
* This patch also contains a fix for name resolution of items
inside the ON condition of JOIN ... ON - in this case items must
be resolved only against the JOIN operands. To support such
'local' name resolution, the patch introduces a stack of
name resolution contexts used at parse time.
NOTICE:
- This patch is not complete in the sense that
- there are 2 test cases that still do not pass -
one in join.test, one in select.test. Both are marked
with a comment "TODO: WL#2486".
- it does not include a new test specific for the task

- Use display width for TIMESTAMP only in type_timestamp test to make sure warning is displayed correctly.
- Push warnings if des_encrypt or des_descrypt function fails because of out of resources or wrong params.
- Push warning if des_encrypt or des_decrypt function is used when server is missing support for openssl.
- Add test func_encrypt_nossl that is tun when the server is missing support for openssl.

The patch adds grammar support for LIMIT ?, ? and changes the
type of ST_SELECT_LEX::select_limit,offset_limit from ha_rows to Item*,
so that it can point to Item_param.

Enable buffered-record-reads after filesort for InnoDB tables with short primary key

Enabled VARCHAR testing for innodb
NOTE: innodb.test currently fails becasue of a bug in InnoDB.
I have informed Heikki about this and expect him to fix this ASAP
Test cases using common object (database,user,table,..) names could probably
destroy customer data, when connecting to an already running server.
This Changeset contains an auxiliary routine include/testdb_only.inc" which
should be sourced by tests doing such dangerous things.
The test case will get a "[skipped]" when the environment variable
USE_RUNNING_SERVER is not 0 .
The modified mysql-test-run.sh sets USE_RUNNING_SERVER to 0, when
the "mysql-test-run" starts its own server, aka there was no "--extern"
option.

ha_federated.cc:
implemented "create_where_from_key" to deal properly with two-byte prefix and multi keys. Initial testing shows it works, but I still need to move quoting to field class and also look at changes per Segei's suggestions.
