When merging a view / derived table the function SELECT_LEX::merge_subquery
incorrectly updated the list SELECT_LEX::leaf_tables. Erroneously it
appended the leaf_tables list of the merged object L and then removed the
reference to the merged object T from the SELECT_LEX::leaf_tables list.
A correct implementation should insert the list L into the
SELECT_LEX::leaf_tables list in place of the element of the list that
refers to T.
The bug could lead to wrong results or even crashes for queries with
nested outer joins over views / derived tables.
Resolved all conflicts, bad merges and fixed a few minor bugs in the code.
Commented out the queries from multi_update, view, subselect_sj, func_str,
derived_view, view_grant that failed either with crashes in ps-protocol or
with wrong results.
The failures are clear indications of some bugs in the code and these bugs
are to be fixed.
The main.ps_ddl test does SELECT * FROM mysql.general_log; that can be really
expensive with --valgrind if previous test cases put lots of data in the
general log since last server restart. Fix by truncating the log at test start.
'CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS ... SELECT' statement were causing 'CREATE
TEMPORARY TABLE ...' to be written to the binary log in row-based
mode (a.k.a. RBR), when there was a temporary table with the same name.
Because the 'CREATE TABLE ... SELECT' statement was executed as
'INSERT ... SELECT' into the temporary table. Since in RBR mode no
other statements related to temporary tables are written into binary log,
this sometimes broke replication.
This patch changes behavior of 'CREATE TABLE [IF NOT EXISTS] ... SELECT ...'.
it ignores existence of temporary table with the
same name as table being created and is interpreted
as attempt to create/insert into base table. This makes behavior of
'CREATE TABLE [IF NOT EXISTS] ... SELECT' consistent with
how ordinary 'CREATE TABLE' and 'CREATE TABLE ... LIKE' behave.

Bug#12093 "SP not found on second PS execution if another thread
drops other SP in between" and
Bug#21294 "executing a prepared statement that executes a stored
function which was recreat"
Stored functions are resolved at prepared statement prepare only.
If someone flushes the stored functions cache between prepare and
execute, execution fails.
The fix is to detect the situation of the cache flush and automatically
reprepare the prepared statement after it.
