Moved .progress files into the log directory
Moved 'cluster' database tables into the MySQL database, to not have 'cluster' beeing a reserved database name
Fixed bug where mysqld got a core dump when trying to use a table created by MySQL 3.23
Fixed some compiler warnings
Fixed small memory leak in libmysql
Note that this doesn't changeset doesn't include the new mysqldump.c code required to run some tests. This will be added when I merge 5.0 to 5.1

Change stolen from the -win tree.
...
More specifically, the scripts/Makefile isn't created and it doesn't
translate mysql_fix_privilege_tables ".sh" . So,
mysql-test/mysql-test-run.pl doesn't find the binary and substitutes
/bin/false instead. That obviously doesn't "fix" anything and the
test fails because of it.

This patch removes the remaining TYPE= code from MySQL. It cleans up a number of tests where it was being called still (and failing). Also I cleaned up all of the extra scripts so that they now work.
