CAST() now produces warnings when casting a wrong INTEGER or CHAR values. This also applies to implicite string to number casts. (Bug #5912)

Adds support for specifying of DEFAULT NOW() and/or ON UPDATE NOW()
clauses for TIMESTAMP field definition.
Current implementation allows only one such field per table and
uses several unireg types for storing info about this properties of
field. It should be replaced with better implementation when new
.frm format is introduced.
Problem is that Item::save_in_field modifies str_value member
before it calls val_str but Item_copy_string::val_str just returns
this str_value as the result.
I added local String variable to the Item::save_in_field
