The server was always setting the flag for using password to NO and
then relying on the server authentication plugin to update it if it uses
a password.
This creates compatibility problems with 5.1 when rejecting a
nonexistent user login.
Set the default for the password supplied flag for non-existing users
as the default plugin (native password authentication) would do it
for compatibility reasons.
Test case added.

FederatedX handler instances, created on one thread and used on another thread (via table cache) when "show table status"
is executed crashed because txn member was not initialized for current thread.
The patch also fixes a race in rpl_stop_slave.test.
On machines with lots of CPU and memory, something like `mtr --parallel=10`
can speed up the test suite enormously. However, we have a few test cases
that run for long (several minutes), and if we are unlucky and happen to
schedule those towards the end of the test suite, we end up with most
workers idle while waiting for the last slow test to end, significantly
delaying the finish of the entire suite.
Improve this by marking the offending tests as taking "long", and trying
to schedule those tests early. This reduces the time towards the end of
the test suite run where some workers are waiting with nothing to do for
the remaining workers each to finish their last test.
Also, the rpl_stop_slave test had a race which could cause it to take
a 300 seconds debug_sync timeout; this is fixed.
Testing on a 4-core 8GB machine, this patch speeds up the test suite with
around 30% for --parallel=10 (debug build), allowing to run the entire
suite in 5 minutes.

Use MY_MUTEX_INIT_FAST for pool mutex
The original goal of the test, as reported on BUG #25721, is to check whether
a deadlock happens or not when concurrently CREATING/ALTERING/DROPPING the
same server. For that a procedure (p1) is created that runs the exact same
CREATE/ALTER/DROP statements for 10K iterations and two different connections
(threads - t1 and t2) call p1 concurrently. At the end of the 10K iterations,
the test checks if there was errors while running the loop (SELECT e >0).
The problem is that In some cases it may happen that one thread, t1, gets
scheduled to execute with just enough time to complete the iteration and
never bumps into the other thread t2. Meaning that t1 will never run into an
SQL exception. On the other hand, the other thread, t2, may run into t1 and
never issue any/part of its own statements because it will throw an SQLEXCEPTION.
This is probably the case for failures where only one value differs.
Furthermore, there is a third scenario: both threads are scheduled to run
interleaved for each iteration (or even one thread completes all iterations
before the other starts). In this case, both will succeed without any error.
This is probably the case for the failure that reports two different values.
This patch addresses the failure in pushbuild by removing the error counting
and the printout (SELECT > 0) at the end of the test. A timeout should occur
if the error that the test is checking surfaces.
