Introduce special synchronization primitive group_commit_lock
for more efficient synchronization of redo log writing and flushing.
The goal is to reduce CPU consumption on log_write_up_to, to reduce
the spurious wakeups, and improve the throughput in write-intensive
benchmarks.
Also added support for MAP_SYNC. It allows to achieve decent performance
with DAX devices even when libpmem is unavailable.
Fixed Windows version of my_msync(): according to manual FlushViewOfFile()
may return before flush is actually completed. It is advised to issue
FlushFileBuffers() after FlushViewOfFile().
Debian is apparently offended that pcre2-posix implements POSIX API,
thus it renames all posix-compatible symbols in libpcre2-posix to have the
PCRE2 prefix. But Debian doesn't do anything to pcre2posix.h header,
so any unaware application will get POSIX compatible type names
and function prototypes from pcre2, but actual symbols will come
from libc.
To remedy this enormous incongruity we have to redefine POSIX-compatible
function names in pcre2posix to match Debian's hack.
- It is not enough to have and DeleteSymlinks actions
because within the same installation some exes executables can be both
added and removed, which needs both adding and removing some symlinks.
Instead of CreateSymlinks, there is now FixSymlinks function, which
goes through the list, and adds or removes the symlinks as needed.
- Implemented rollback for symlink custom action.
- Generate list of symlinks in C++ file, using CMake, rather than storing
lists as MSI properties.
The fix consists of three commits backported from 10.3:
1) Cleanup isnan() portability checks

2) Cleanup isinf() portability checks
Original problem reported by Wlad: re-compilation of 10.3 on top of 10.2
build would cache undefined HAVE_ISINF from 10.2, whereas it is expected
to be 1 in 10.3.
std::isinf() seem to be available on all supported platforms.

libedit changed it's interface a while ago. MariaDB's cmake file doesn't
recognize the new interface, the compile test fails:

Fix build error with newer cmake
Fixes the following build error:

The error happens when CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_{LANG}_FLAGS is not set.
Force the variable to be set to "" as input to prevent this.
