MDEV-10134 Add full support for DEFAULT
- Added support for using tables with MySQL 5.7 virtual fields,
including MySQL 5.7 syntax
- Better error messages also for old cases
- CREATE ... SELECT now also updates timestamp columns
- Blob can now have default values
- Added new system variable "check_constraint_checks", to turn of
CHECK constraint checking if needed.
- Removed some engine independent tests in suite vcol to only test myisam
- Moved some tests from 'include' to 't'. Should some day be done for all tests.
- FRM version increased to 11 if one uses virtual fields or constraints
- Changed to use a bitmap to check if a field has got a value, instead of
setting HAS_EXPLICIT_VALUE bit in field flags
- Expressions can now be up to 65K in total
- Ensure we are not refering to uninitialized fields when handling virtual fields or defaults
- Changed check_vcol_func_processor() to return a bitmap of used types
- Had to change some functions that calculated cached value in fix_fields to do
this in val() or getdate() instead.
- store_now_in_TIME() now takes a THD argument
- fill_record() now updates default values
- Add a lookahead for NOT NULL, to be able to handle DEFAULT 1+1 NOT NULL
- Automatically generate a name for constraints that doesn't have a name
- Added support for ALTER TABLE DROP CONSTRAINT
- Ensure that partition functions register virtual fields used. This fixes
some bugs when using virtual fields in a partitioning function
Print default values for BLOB's.
This is a part commit for automatic changes to make the real commit smaller.
All changes here are related to that we now print DEFAULT NULL for blob and
text fields, like we do for all other fields.

MDEV-10083: Orphan ibd file when playing with foreign keys
Analysis: row_drop_table_for_mysql did not allow dropping
referenced table even in case when actual creating of the
referenced table was not successfull if foreign_key_checks=1.
Fix: Allow dropping referenced table even if foreign_key_checks=1
if actual table create returned error.
Use direct persistent index corruption set on InnoDB dictionary
for this test. Do not allow creating new indexes if one of the
existing indexes is already marked as corrupted.

INNODB: "DATA DIRECTORY" OPTION OF CREATE TABLE FAILS WITH PWRITE() OS
ERROR 22
Fix for version mysql-5.6
PROBLEM
========
For version mysql-5.6.27 onwards InnoDB fails to create a table
with explicit 'data directory' option when Innodb_flush_method
is set to O_DIRECT.While creating link file we get a a pwrite
error 22 due to the alignment restrictions imposed by O_DIRECT
flag which is being set for the link file created.
FIX
===
Fixed the above issue by making use of file IO functions while
creating the link file that wouldn't let the O_DIRECT flag
restrictions arise.

An additional warning saying "tc-log cannot be enabled"
is emitted when InnoDB is installed at runtime on mysqld
built with wsrep-patch (-DWITH_WSREP=ON).
This happens because, installing InnoDB increments the
total number of 2pc-capable engines and with wsrep-patch
already enabled - the total count goes >1. Even though,
this condition is sufficient to enable tc-logging, it is
not permitted at runtime, and thus the warning.
Updated the testcase to avoid the warning.
take MDL_SHARED_WRITE instead of MDL_SHARED_NO_READ_WRITE
for OPTIMIZE TABLE. For engines that need a stronger
lock (like MyISAM), reopen the table with
MDL_SHARED_NO_READ_WRITE.
Problem was that in-place online alter table was used on a table
that had mismatch between MySQL frm file and InnoDB data dictionary.
Fixed so that traditional "Copy" method is used if the MySQL frm
and InnoDB data dictionary is not consistent.
In row_search_for_mysql function on XtraDB there was a old logic
where null bytes were inited. This caused server to think that
key value is null and continue on incorrect path.
MDEV-9469: 'Incorrect key file' on ALTER TABLE
InnoDB needs to rebuild table if column name is changed and
added index (or foreign key) is created based on this new
name in same alter table.
while according to Storage Engine API column names should be compared
case insensitively. This can cause FRM and InnoDB data dictionary to
go out of sync.
fix innodb auto-increment handling
three bugs:
1. innobase_next_autoinc treated the case of current<offset incorrectly
2. ha_innobase::get_auto_increment didn't recalculate current when increment changed
3. ha_innobase::get_auto_increment didn't pass offset down to innobase_next_autoinc
Analysis: debug only assertion I_S function (IS is XtraDB feature) is calling
buf_block_get_frame on any page it reads, which debug-asserts that the page is
buffer-fixed, which is not the case in I_S query.
Fixed by holding the buffer page mutex while the fields are read directly.
This includes fixing all utilities to not have any memory leaks,
as safemalloc warnings stopped tests from passing on MacOSX.
- Ensure that all clients takes character-set-dir, as the
libmysqlclient library will use it.
- mysql-test-run now passes character-set-dir to all external clients.
- Changed dynstr_free() so that it can be called twice (made freeing code easier)
- Changed rpl_global_gtid_slave_state to be allocated dynamicly as it
includes a mutex that needs to be initizlied/destroyed before my_end() is called.
- Removed rpl_slave_state::init() and rpl_slave_stage::deinit() as
their job are better handling by constructor and delete.
- Print alias instead of table_name in check_duplicate_key as
table_name may have been converted to lower case.
Other things:
- Fixed a case in time_to_datetime_with_warn() where we where
using && instead of & in tests
Analysis: Lengths which are not UNIV_SQL_NULL, but bigger than the following
number indicate that a field contains a reference to an externally
stored part of the field in the tablespace. The length field then
contains the sum of the following flag and the locally stored len.
This was incorrectly set to
define UNIV_EXTERN_STORAGE_FIELD (UNIV_SQL_NULL - UNIV_PAGE_SIZE_MAX)
When it should be
define UNIV_EXTERN_STORAGE_FIELD (UNIV_SQL_NULL - UNIV_PAGE_SIZE_DEF)
Additionally, we need to disable support for > 16K page size for
row compressed tables because a compressed page directory entry
reserves 14 bits for the start offset and 2 bits for flags.
This limits the uncompressed page size to 16k. To support
larger pages page directory entry needs to be larger.
Analysis: Current implementation will write and read at least one block
(sort_buffer_size bytes) from disk / index even if that block does not
contain any records.
Fix: Avoid writing / reading empty blocks to temporary files (disk).
Assertion `inited==INDEX' failed in int handler::ha_index_first(uchar*)
The crash was because errors from init_read_record_idx() was not taken care of.
The real problem is that when innodb.xa_recovery test intentionally
crashes the server, system tables can be opened and marked as crashed,
and the next test in line gets blamed for the error which appears
in the error log.
Fixed by flushing the tables before crashing the server
