d99350842a Remove dead code from BUILD/ scripts: $debug_extra_warnings is 
never defined.
It was used at some point to add -Wuninitialized to debug flags, 
but not any more. If there is still need to add -Wunitialized,
it can be added directly to $global_warnings.

2f9e42f7eb New flags for new max-no-ndb build script to get a build that has 
everything except NDB


BUILD/SETUP.sh:
  Added base_max_no_ndb_configs so I can get a max-type build sans NDB for faster builds.
