Remove TMP_TABLE_PARAM::copy_funcs_it. TMP_TABLE_PARAM is a member of JOIN which is
copied via memcpy, and List_iterator_fast TMP_TABLE_PARAM::copy_funcs_it ends up
pointing to the wrong List.
