move_file uses rename(2), which may end up
with "Invalid cross-device link"
mysql-test/suite/archive/partition_archive.test:
on Solaris the error message is different

instead of having win/notwin tests that only differ in results,

use one test with two combinations (win/unix), where only one is enabled.
Apply this technique to mysqld--help.
