New error codes can only be added in the latest major version.
Adding ER_KILL_DENIED_HIGH_PRIORITY would shift by one all
error codes that were added in MariaDB Server 10.6 or later.
This amends commit 1001dae186
Suggested by: Sergei Golubchik
Changed error code for Galera unkillable threads to
be ER_KILL_DENIED_HIGH_PRIORITY giving message
This is a high priority thread/query and cannot be killed
without the compromising consistency of the cluster
also a warning is produced
Thread %lld is [wsrep applier|high priority] and cannot be killed

Add "real ip:<ip_or_localhost>" part to the aborted message
Only for proxy-protocoled connection, so it does not not to cause
confusion to normal users.
The error string from ER_KILL_QUERY_DENIED_ERROR took a different
type to ER_KILL_DENIED_ERROR for the thread id. This shows
up in differences on 32 big endian arches like powerpc (Deb notation).
Normalize the passing of the THD->id to its real type of my_thread_id,
and cast to (long long) on output. As such normalize the
ER_KILL_QUERY_DENIED_ERROR to that convention too.
Note for upwards merge, convert the type to %lld on new translations
of ER_KILL_QUERY_DENIED_ERROR.
If repl.max_ws_size is set too low following CREATE TABLE could fail
during commit. In this case wsrep_commit_empty should allow rolling
it back if provider state is s_aborted.
Furhermore, original ER_ERROR_DURING_COMMIT does not really tell anything
clear for user. Therefore, this commit adds a new error
ER_TOO_BIG_WRITESET. This will change some test cases output.
- Added missing information about database of corresponding table for various types of commands

Add chinese language to missing sql/share/CMakeLists.txt that
results in installed files.
Also add bulgarian=bgn which has existing for a long time.
Sort both lists properly.
Append both to debian/mariadb-server-core-10.4 too.
- Simplified Chinese translation added
- Character encoding is gdk
-- gdk covers more characters
-- gdk includes both Simplified and Traditional
-- best option I think, may need to work along with other locale
settings
- Other cleanup
-- Within each error, messages are sorted according to language code
-- More consistent formatting (8 spaces proceeding each translation)
-- jps removed as duplicate of jpn translation
This should be a good starting point. More refinement is appreciated,
and needed down the road.
English "containt" (sic) spelling fixes on ER_FK_NO_INDEX_{CHILD,PARENT}
resulting in mtr test case adjustments.

Task 6:
We can find the .frm type of file. If it is sequence then is_sequence
passed to dd_frm_type() will be true. Since there is already a check
to give error message if we trigger is on temporary table or view, an
additional condition is added to check if .frm is sequence
(is_sequence==true) and error message is changed to show
"Trigger's '%-.192s' is view, temporary table or sequence" instead of
"Trigger's '%-.192s' is view or temporary table".
extra2_read_len resolved by keeping the implementation
in sql/table.cc by exposed it for use by ha_partition.cc
Remove identical implementation in unireg.h

Per Marko's comment in JIRA, sql_kill is passing the thread id
as long long. We change the format of the error messages to match,
and cast the thread id to long long in sql_kill_user.
LIMIT history switching requires the number of history partitions to
be marked for read: from first to last non-empty plus one empty. The
least we can do is to fail with error message if the needed partition
was not marked for read. As this is handler interface we require new
handler error code to display user-friendly error message.
Switching by INTERVAL works out-of-the-box with
ER_ROW_DOES_NOT_MATCH_GIVEN_PARTITION_SET error.
