Other things, mainly to get
create_mysqld_error_find_printf_error tool to work:
- Added protection to not include mysqld_error.h twice
- Include "unireg.h" instead of "mysqld_error.h" in server
- Added protection if ER_XX messages are already defined
- Removed wrong calls to my_error(ER_OUTOFMEMORY) as
my_malloc() and my_alloc will do this automatically
- Added missing %s to ER_DUP_QUERY_NAME
- Removed old and wrong calls to my_strerror() when using
MY_ERROR_ON_RENAME (wrong merge)
- Fixed deadlock error message from Galera. Before the extra
information given to ER_LOCK_DEADLOCK was missing because
ER_LOCK_DEADLOCK doesn't provide any extra information.
I kept #ifdef mysqld_error_find_printf_error_used in sql_acl.h
to make it easy to do this kind of check again in the future
During show create procedure we ommited to check the current role, if it
is the actual definer of the procedure. In addition, we should support
indirectly granted roles to the current role. Implemented a recursive
lookup to search the tree of grants if the rolename is present.
SQL Standard 2016, Part 5 Section 53 View I_S.ROUTINES selects
ROUTINE_BODY and its WHERE clause says that the GRANTEE must be
either PUBLIC, or CURRENT_USER or in the ENABLED_ROLES.
Define my_thread_id as an unsigned type, to avoid mismatch with
ulonglong. Change some parameters to this type.
Use size_t in a few more places.
Declare many flag constants as unsigned to avoid sign mismatch
when shifting bits or applying the unary ~ operator.
When applying the unary ~ operator to enum constants, explictly
cast the result to an unsigned type, because enum constants can
be treated as signed.
In InnoDB, change the source code line number parameters from
ulint to unsigned type. Also, make some InnoDB functions return
a narrower type (unsigned or uint32_t instead of ulint;
bool instead of ibool).

The output is not completely correct due to recursive role grants not
being completly implemented. However, this will help with testing the
implementation of set role with recursive grants.
Also fixed issue with drop role not clearing internal memory entry
for that role. The issue was due to a condition introduced in handle_grant_data
Updated testsuite to also check the possible error conditions.

The problem is that the server could crash when attempting
to access a non-conformant proc system table. One such case
was a crash when invoking stored procedure related statements
on a 5.1 server with a proc system table in the 5.0 format.
The solution is to validate the proc system table format
before attempts to access it are made. If the table is not
in the format that the server expects, a message is written
to the error log and the statement that caused the table to
be accessed fails.

Patch for Bug#38347: ALTER ROUTINE privilege allows SHOW CREATE TABLE.
If a user has any of the following privileges for a table (or the database
if the table), he should be able to issue SHOW CREATE TABLE for the table:
- CREATE
- DROP
- ALTER
- DELETE
- INDEX
- INSERT
- SELECT
- UPDATE
- TRIGGER
- REFERENCES
- GRANT OPTION
- CREATE VIEW
- SHOW VIEW
Any other privilege (even SUPER) should not allow SHOW CREATE TABLE.

Additional patch for Bug#38347 (ALTER ROUTINE privilege
allows SHOW CREATE TABLE).
The problem was that information_schema.test,
information_schema_parameters.test and information_schema_routines.test
failed with the first patch. That happened due to limitation in check_access():
it allows only SELECT_ACL privilege for INFORMATION_SCHEMA tables.
The patch is to request only SELECT_ACL privilege for INFORMATION_SCHEMA tables.
