9c73d91d54 WL#912 (more user control on relay logs): 
FLUSH LOGS now rotates relay logs,
and a new variable max_relay_log_size.
Plus a very small bit of code cleaning.

1a96948e81 Small improvement to alloc_root 
Add support for LIMIT # OFFSET #
Changed lock handling:  Now all locks should be stored in TABLE_LIST instead of passed to functions.
Don't call query_cache_invalidate() twice in some cases
mysql_change_user() now clears states to be equal to close + connect.
Fixed a bug with multi-table-update and multi-table-delete when used with LOCK TABLES
Fixed a bug with replicate-do and UPDATE

9c123d0c0b Don't give the anonymous user create temp table or lock tables privileges. 
SET PASSWORD=... closed connection on error.

f3a186c905 Portability fixes. 
Improve mysql-test to be more robust.
Fix that GRANT doesn't delete SSL options
Change innobase_flush_log_at_trx_commit to uint.
Don't rotate logs if we read a rotate log entry from the master.
