- One PB run of a test using this routine failed because
5 seconds timeout were exceeded. Although I have some doubts
if the assigned timeout was really too small, I increase the
value to 10. We waste the additional 5 seconds only if the
tests fails anyway.
- Print the content of the PROCESSLIST if the poll routine fails

Activate the wait_until_count_sessions.inc routine which was
unfortunately forgotten in the changeset before.

When swapping out heap I_S tables to disk, this is done after plan refinement.
Thus, READ_RECORD::file will still point to the (deleted) heap handler at start
of execution. This causes segmentation fault if join buffering is used and the
query is a star query where the result is found to be empty before accessing
some table. In this case that table has not been initialized (i.e. had its
READ_RECORD re-initialized) before the cleanup routine tries to close the handler.
Fixed by updating READ_RECORD::file when changing handler.

The test fails, and it shouldn't.

The query to generate this list is pretty bogus in any case. Listing
all columns of a particular type tells us nothing at all.
- mysqldump executes a SHOW CREATE VIEW statement to generate the text
that it outputs. When the function name is retrieved it's database
name is unconditionally prepended. This change causes the function's
database name to be prepended only when it was used to define the
function.

Bug#24795: SHOW PROFILE
Profiling is only partially functional on some architectures. Where
there is no getrusage() system call, presently Null values are
returned where it would be required. Notably, Windows needs some love
applied to make it as useful.
Syntax this adds:
SHOW PROFILES
SHOW PROFILE [types] [FOR QUERY n] [OFFSET n] [LIMIT n]
where "n" is an integer
and "types" is zero or many (comma-separated) of
"CPU"
"MEMORY" (not presently supported)
"BLOCK IO"
"CONTEXT SWITCHES"
"PAGE FAULTS"
"IPC"
"SWAPS"
"SOURCE"
"ALL"
It also adds a session variable (boolean) "profiling", set to "no"
by default, and (integer) profiling_history_size, set to 15 by
default.
This patch abstracts setting THDs' "proc_info" behind a macro that
can be used as a hook into the profiling code when profiling
support is compiled in. All future code in this line should use
that mechanism for setting thd->proc_info.

The crash happens because second filling of the same I_S table happens in
case of subselect with order by. table->sort.io_cache previously allocated
in create_sort_index() is deleted during second filling
(function get_schema_tables_result). There are two places where
I_S table can be filled: JOIN::exec and create_sort_index().
To fix the bug we should check if the table was already filled
in one of these places and skip processing of the table in second.

To the documentor: The DEFAULT value in SHOW COLUMNS/SELECT FROM I_S.COLUMNS
was truncated to NAME_LEN (which effectively is 64) characters.

Both SHOW COLUMNS and I_S.COLUMNS is TESTED as well the
value returned by both. Using --replace_regex is unfeasible
as the repetition value cannot be > 255.
--replace_regex /A{256}/VALUE/ doesn't work, not to talk about
/A{65532}/VALUE/
/(A{255}){255}/VALUE/ is awfully slow. Thus, simple function with
cursor is used to extract the value.
sql/sql_show.cc:
Default value can have TIMESTAMP, CHAR, VARCHAR, ENUM
VARCHAR can have the longest value, up to 65535. However, because
of table handler limitations the actual limit is 65532 characters,
latin1 charset. However, here is used MAX_FIELD_VARCHARLENGTH macro,
because there could be a storage engine without such limitation.
Select_type in the EXPLAIN output for the query SELECT * FROM t1 was
'SIMPLE', while for the query SELECT * FROM v1, where the view v1
was defined as SELECT * FROM t1, the EXPLAIN output contained 'PRIMARY'
for the select_type column.

a non-correlated single-row subquery over information schema.
The function get_all_tables filling all information schema
tables reset lex->sql_command to SQLCOM_SHOW_FIELDS. After
this the function could evaluate partial conditions related to
some columns. If these conditions contained a subquery over
information schema it led to a wrong evaluation and a wrong
result set.
This bug was already fixed in 5.1.
This patch follows the way how it was done in 5.1 where
the value of lex->sql_command is set to SQLCOM_SHOW_FIELDS
in get_all_tables only for the calls of the function
open_normal_and_derived_tables and is restored after these
calls.
