Introducing new collations:
utf8_general_mysql500_ci and ucs2_general_mysql500_ci,
to reproduce behaviour of utf8_general_ci and ucs2_general_ci
from mysql-5.1.23 (and earlier).
The collations are added to simplify upgrade from mysql-5.1.23 and earlier.
Note: The patch does not make new server start over old data automatically.
Some manual upgrade procedures are assumed.
Paul: please get in touch with me to discuss upgrade procedures
when documenting this bug.

to work around the lack of a bzero() prototype.
include/m_string.h:
AIX does have bzero() in its system libraries,
and the configure phase detects it, including the prototype
(sets both HAVE_BZERO and HAVE_DECL_BZERO),
but the declaration is missing when the source is compiled.
Several attempts all failed.
This patch takes the brute force approach to always map
"bzero()" to "memset()" on AIX,
like is done on platforms where "bzero()" is not found at all.
and cryptic error 1126 message
The problem was that dlopen() related code was using just a subset
of the path normalization routines used in other places.
Fixed the expansion of the pre-dlopen() behavior for plugins and UDFs
to use a platform-dependent consistent encoding of the paths.
Fixed the error dlopen() error handling to take the correct error message
and strip off the trailing newline character(s).
Fixed tests to do a platform independent replace of directories and to
account for the traling slash.
Main change is that non-blocking operation is now an option that must be
explicitly enabled with mysql_option(mysql, MYSQL_OPT_NONBLOCK, ...)
before any non-blocing operation can be used.
Also the CLIENT_REMEMBER_OPTIONS flag is now always enabled and thus
effectively ignored (it was not really useful anyway, and this simplifies
things when non-blocking mysql_real_connect() fails).

2. dialog plugin now always returns mysql->password if non-empty and the first question is of password type
3. split get_tty_password into get_tty_password_buff and strdup.
4. dialog plugin now uses get_tty_password by default
5. dialog.test
6. moved small tests of individual plugins into a dedicated suite

Apart from the fix, the patch also adds few more unrelated test
cases for partial matching, and fixes few typos.
Analysis:
This bug uncovered that partial matching via rowid intersection
didn't handle the case when:
- the left IN argument has some NULLs,
- there are no non-null value matches, and there is no non-null
column,
- the subquery columns that are not covered with the NULLs in
the left IN argument contain at least one row, such that it
has NULL values in all columns where the left IN operand has
no NULLs.
In this case there is a partial match.
In addition the analysis of the related code uncovered incorrect
handling of few other related cases.
Solution:
The solution for the bug is to check if there exists a row with
NULLs in all columns other than the ones having NULL in the
let IN operand.
The check is implemented via checking whether the bitmaps that
store NULL information in class Ordered_key have a non-empty
intersection for the relevant columns.
The intersection itself is implemented via the function
bitmap_exists_intersection() in my_bitmap.c.
