fe2f237768 MDEV-35808 Test case to handle undo tablespace truncation in Mariabackup
This is the test case from commit 46aaf328ce
(MDEV-35830) to cover backup_undo_trunc() in the regression tests of
earlier major versions of mariadb-backup.

034ababa50 MDEV-34053 mariadbbackup privilege REPLICA MONITOR issue
MariaDB-backup needs to check for SLAVE MONITOR as that is
what is returned by SHOW GRANTS.

Update test to ensure that warnings about missing privileges
do not occur when the backup is successful.

f378e76434 MDEV-33980 mariadb-backup --backup is missing retry logic for undo tablespaces
Problem:
========
- Currently mariabackup have to reread the pages in case they are
modified by server concurrently. But while reading the undo
tablespace, mariabackup failed to do reread the page in case of
error.

Fix:
===
Mariabackup --backup functionality should have retry logic
while reading the undo tablespaces.

0c55d854fe MDEV-33334 mariadb-backup fails to preserve innodb_encrypt_tables
Problem:
========
mariabackup --prepare fails to write the pages in encrypted format.
This issue happens only for default encrypted table when
innodb_encrypt_tables variable is enabled.

Fix:
====
backup process should write the value of innodb_encrypt_tables
variable in configuration file. prepare should enable the
variable based on configuration file.

969669767b MDEV-33011 mariabackup --backup: FATAL ERROR: ... Can't open datafile cool_down/t3
The root cause is the WAL logging of file operation when the actual
operation fails afterwards. It creates a situation with a log entry for
a operation that would always fail. I could simulate both the backup
scenario error and Innodb recovery failure exploiting the weakness.

We are following WAL for file rename operation and once logged the
operation must eventually complete successfully, or it is a major
catastrophe. Right now, we fail for rename and handle it as normal error
and it is the problem.

I created a patch to address RENAME operation to a non existing schema
where the destination schema directory is missing. The patch checks for
the missing schema before logging in an attempt to avoid the failure
after WAL log is written/flushed. I also checked that the schema cannot
be dropped or there cannot be any race with other rename to the same
file. This is protected by the MDL lock in SQL today.

The patch should this be a good improvement over the current situation
and solves the issue at hand.

92f87f2cf0 Cleanup: Remove changed_pages_bitmap
The innodb_changed_pages plugin only was part of XtraDB, never InnoDB.
It would be useful for incremental backups.
We will remove the code from mariadb-backup for now, because it cannot
serve any useful purpose until the server part has been implemented.

fb9da7f751 MDEV-33023 Crash in mariadb-backup --prepare --export after --prepare
mariadb-backup with --prepare option could result in empty redo log
file. When --prepare is followed by --prepare --export, we exit early
in srv_start function without opening the ibdata1 tablespace. Later
while trying to read rollback segment header page, we hit the debug
assert which claims that the system space should already have been
opened.

There are two assert cases here.

Issue-1: System tablespace object is not there in fil space hash i.e.
srv_sys_space.open_or_create() is not called.

Issue-2: The system tablespace data file ibdata1 is not opened i.e.
fil_system.sys_space->open() is not called.

Fix: For empty redo log and restore operation, open system tablespace
before returning.

9fa718b1a1 Fix mariabackup InnoDB recovered binlog position on server upgrade
Before MariaDB 10.3.5, the binlog position was stored in the TRX_SYS page,
while after it is stored in rollback segments. There is code to read the
legacy position from TRX_SYS to handle upgrades. The problem was if the
legacy position happens to compare larger than the position found in
rollback segments; in this case, the old TRX_SYS position would incorrectly
be preferred over the newer position from rollback segments.

Fixed by always preferring a position from rollback segments over a legacy
position.

cases in the test check corrupted pages info absence in the output

corruption presents before testing its absence.

c79ca7c7ad MDEV-18200 MariaBackup full backup failed with InnoDB: Failing assertion: success
There are many filesystem related errors that can occur with
MariaBackup. These already outputed to stderr with a good description of
the error. Many of these are permission or resource (file descriptor)
limits where the assertion and resulting core crash doesn't offer
developers anything more than the log message. To the user, assertions
and core crashes come across as poor error handling.

As such we return an error and handle this all the way up the stack.

9f98a2acd7 MDEV-30968 mariadb-backup does not copy Aria logs if aria_log_dir_path is used
- `mariadb-backup --backup` was fixed to fetch the value of the
   @@aria_log_dir_path server variable and copy aria_log* files
   from @@aria_log_dir_path directory to the backup directory.
   Absolute and relative (to --datadir) paths are supported.

   Before this change aria_log* files were copied to the backup
   only if they were in the default location in @@datadir.

- `mariadb-backup --copy-back` now understands a new my.cnf and command line
   parameter --aria-log-dir-path.

  `mariadb-backup --copy-back` in the main loop in copy_back()
   (when copying back from the backup directory to --datadir)
   was fixed to ignore all aria_log* files.

   A new function copy_back_aria_logs() was added.
   It consists of a separate loop copying back aria_log* files from
   the backup directory to the directory specified in --aria-log-dir-path.
   Absolute and relative (to --datadir) paths are supported.
   If --aria-log-dir-path is not specified,
   aria_log* files are copied to --datadir by default.

- The function is_absolute_path() was fixed to understand MTR style
  paths on Windows with forward slashes, e.g.
   --aria-log-dir-path=D:/Buildbot/amd64-windows/build/mysql-test/var/...

4c226c1850 MDEV-29050 mariabackup issues error messages during InnoDB tablespaces export on partial backup preparing
The solution is to suppress error messages for missing tablespaces if
mariabackup is launched with "--prepare --export" options.

"mariabackup --prepare --export" invokes itself with --mysqld parameter.
If the parameter is set, then it starts server to feed "FLUSH TABLES ...
FOR EXPORT;" queries for exported tablespaces. This is "normal" server
start, that's why new srv_operation value is introduced.
