MDEV-24377: Accept comma separated addresses as --bind-address value (#2009)
* MDEV-24377: Accept comma separated addresses as --bind-address value

When bind address form the basis of wsrep based variables, the first
address in the comma separated list is used.

The test uses the IP address 192.168.0.1 as we need to include
multiple address. This will include failures without the following
commit.

The tests for bind_multiple_address_resolution could return
addresses that we cannot bind too. Windows and FreeBSD, and
probably other OSs will terminate the service if addresses are
unavailable.

We use the WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL / POSIX EADDRNOTAVAIL codes to
continue to bind to other interfaces. If at the end of the
bind list, if no binds are successful, the we terminate
but still leaving the error messages in the log.

9d7e596ba6 MDEV-26971: JSON file interface to wsrep node state.
Integration with status reporter in wsrep-lib.

Status reporter reports changes in wsrep state and logged errors/
warnings to a json file which then can be read and interpreted by
an external monitoring tool.

Rationale: until the server is fully initialized it is unaccessible
by client and the only source of information is an error log which
is not machine-friendly. Since wsrep node can spend a very long time
in initialization phase (state transfer), it may be a very long time
that automatic tools can't easily monitor its liveness and progression.

New variable: wsrep_status_file specifies the output file name.
If not set, no file is created and no reporting is done.

9487e0b259 MDEV-19826 10.4 seems to crash with "pool-of-threads" (#1370)
MariaDB 10.4 was crashing when thread-handling was set to
pool-of-threads and wsrep was enabled.

There were two apparent reasons for the crash:
- Connection handling in threadpool_common.cc was missing calls to
  control wsrep client state.
- Thread specific storage which contains thread variables (THR_KEY_mysys)
  was not handled appropriately by wsrep patch when pool-of-threads
  was configured.

This patch addresses the above issues in the following way:
- Wsrep client state open/close was moved in thd_prepare_connection() and
  end_connection() to have common handling for one-thread-per-connection
  and pool-of-threads.
- Thread local storage handling in wsrep patch was reworked by introducing
  set of wsrep_xxx_threadvars() calls which replace calls to
  THD store_globals()/reset_globals() and deal with thread handling
  specifics internally.

Wsrep-lib was updated to version which relaxes internal concurrency
related sanity checks.

Rollback code from wsrep_rollback_process() was extracted to separate calls
for better readability.

Post rollback thread was removed as it was completely unused.

For running the Galera tests, the variable my_disable_leak_check
was set to true in order to avoid assertions due to memory leaks
at shutdown.

Some adjustments due to MDEV-13625 (merge InnoDB tests from MySQL 5.6)
were performed. The most notable behaviour changes from 10.0 and 10.1
are the following:

* innodb.innodb-table-online: adjustments for the DROP COLUMN
behaviour change (MDEV-11114, MDEV-13613)

* innodb.innodb-index-online-fk: the removal of a (1,NULL) record
from the result; originally removed in MySQL 5.7 in the
Oracle Bug #16244691 fix
377774689b

* innodb.create-index-debug: disabled due to MDEV-13680
(the MySQL Bug #77497 fix was not merged from 5.6 to 5.7.10)

* innodb.innodb-alter-autoinc: MariaDB 10.2 behaves like MySQL 5.6/5.7,
while MariaDB 10.0 and 10.1 assign different values when
auto_increment_increment or auto_increment_offset are used.
Also MySQL 5.6/5.7 exhibit different behaviour between
LGORITHM=INPLACE and ALGORITHM=COPY, so something needs to be tested
and fixed in both MariaDB 10.0 and 10.2.

* innodb.innodb-wl5980-alter: disabled because it would trigger an
InnoDB assertion failure (MDEV-13668 may need additional effort in 10.2)

83664e21e4 MW-366 Improved support for IPv6 networks - made mysqld and SST scripts to recognize []-escaped IPv6 addresses - pulled in latest Percona and MariaDB updates to SST scripts - instruct netcat and socat in wsrep_sst_xtrabackup-v2 to listen on IPv6 socket via sockopt parameter in the [sst] section of my.cnf
In summary, wsrep_node_address and wsrep_sst_receive_address can now
be set to IPv6 addresses escaped by []. Rsync SST works out ouf the
box thanks to rsync daemon listening on both IPv4 and IPv6 sockets by
default. For xtrabackup SST onver IPv6 one needs to set sockopt in
the [sst] section of joiner's configuration file to ",pf=ip6" if
using socat as a streamer or to "-6" if using netcat.

89685d55d7 Reuse THD for new user connections
- To ensure that mallocs are marked for the correct THD, even if it's
  allocated in another thread, I added the thread_id to the THD constructor
- Added st_my_thread_var to thr_lock_info_init() to avoid a call to my_thread_var
- Moved things from THD::THD() to THD::init()
- Moved some things to THD::cleanup()
- Added THD::free_connection() and THD::reset_for_reuse()
- Added THD to CONNECT::create_thd()
- Added THD::thread_dbug_id and st_my_thread_var->dbug_id. These are needed
  to ensure that we have a constant thread_id used for debugging with a THD,
  even if it changes thread_id (=connection_id)
- Set variables.pseudo_thread_id in constructor. Removed not needed sets.
