- add PAGESIZE property to the MSI installer
- add combobox to the MSI UI to select innodb page size
- add new parameter --innodb_page_size for mysql_install_db.exe.
this is passed down to bootstrap and also stored in my.ini.
MSI will call mysql_install_db.exe with --innodb_page_size set to the
PAGESIZE property
in default installation.
Added plugin-dir to the [client] section of the generated my.ini,
so that installed services (MSI or mysql_install_db.exe) would be able to
find plugin directory.
Due to a bug in Visual Studio 2015 runtime, some newlines get lost
which makes the bootstrapping fail (which also makes MSI installer
non-functional).
This does not have a visible effect on packages we produce so far,
because we do not use VS2015 yet for building them.
The reason for the failure was a bug in an include file on debian that causes 'struct stat'
to have different sized depending on the environment.
This patch fixes so that we always include my_global.h or my_config.h before we include any other files.
Other things:
- Removed #include <my_global.h> in some include files; Better to always do this at the top level to have as few
"always-include-this-file-first' files as possible.
- Removed usage of some include files that where already included by my_global.h or by other files.

- Use lc-messages-dir instead of deprecated --language when running mysqld in bootstrap mode.
- Add some verbosity to mysql_install_db.exe when it runs in course of MSI installation.
- Fix bug in bootstrapper.
- Also, delete innodb log files cafter bootstrapping , to workaround
"different log size" Innodb error during the first service start by MSI.
This is a temporary measure, in the future innodb will allow handling
different file size more gracefully.

* Also, use well-known SIDs for predefined user when assigning directory
ACLs (the names differ in localized Windows)
on Windows.
