98a4d99961 Fix for bug #30782: Truncated UNSIGNED BIGINT columns only in SELECT w/ CASE, 
JOIN, and ORDER BY

Problem: improper maximum length calculation of the CASE function leads to 
decimal value truncation (storing/retrieving decimal field values).

Fix: accurately calculate maximum length/unsigned flag/decimals parameters 
of the CASE function.

268c7a3522 Bug #20924: CAST(expr as UNSIGNED) returns SIGNED value when used in various functions 
- Honor unsigned_flag in the corresponding functions
- Use compare_int_signed_unsigned()/compare_int_unsigned_signed() instead of explicit comparison in GREATEST() and LEAST()

Ensure that we are comparing end space with BINARY strings
Use 'any_db' instead of '' to mean any database. (For HANDLER command)
Only strip ' ' when comparing CHAR, not other space-like characters (like \t)

e26b90c238 COALESCE now aggregates its argument types in this way: 
if some of the arguments is STRING_RESULT the STRING_RESULT
else if some of the arguments is REAL_RESULT then REAL_RESULT
else INT_RESULT
