17b4f99928 Update FSF address 
This commit is based on the work of Michal Schorm, rebased on the
earliest MariaDB version.

ea195d372b MDEV-9949 Connect Engine: long SRCDEF leads to broken table 
Two bugs here:
* the server could create an frm (with a long attribute
  value) that it could not read back
* Connect engine opened files from inside DROP TABLE
  and was ignoring the error (correctly) but was not
  hiding it from the server (incorrectly). This caused
  a crash later when DROP TABLE was finishing successfully
  while stmt_da already have seen an error.

Also added a text case for
  MDEV-7935 CREATE TABLE ... AS SELECT ... can cause a Server crash (Assertion `0' in Protocol::end_statement)
because Connect stopped clearing the error status
in stmt_da as a fix for MDEV-7935

  an utility function to compare two filled-in engine_option structures
sql/sql_table.cc:
  * two keys are different if their option_struct's differ
    (for ALTER TABLE DROP key, ADD key)
  * engines doing inplace alter must see the new frm image

Fixed connect.grant failure.

sql/create_options.cc:
  Keep "first" list intact, allocate new list for merge result.
  
  Normally "first" is options list on TABLE_SHARE. ALTER TABLE may fail
  after the merge and leave share with corrupt list in the table definition
  cache.
sql/create_options.h:
  Construct engine_option_value from another engine_option_value.
