a36c369bda Merge 10.1 into 10.2
For running the Galera tests, the variable my_disable_leak_check
was set to true in order to avoid assertions due to memory leaks
at shutdown.

Some adjustments due to MDEV-13625 (merge InnoDB tests from MySQL 5.6)
were performed. The most notable behaviour changes from 10.0 and 10.1
are the following:

* innodb.innodb-table-online: adjustments for the DROP COLUMN
behaviour change (MDEV-11114, MDEV-13613)

* innodb.innodb-index-online-fk: the removal of a (1,NULL) record
from the result; originally removed in MySQL 5.7 in the
Oracle Bug #16244691 fix
377774689b

* innodb.create-index-debug: disabled due to MDEV-13680
(the MySQL Bug #77497 fix was not merged from 5.6 to 5.7.10)

* innodb.innodb-alter-autoinc: MariaDB 10.2 behaves like MySQL 5.6/5.7,
while MariaDB 10.0 and 10.1 assign different values when
auto_increment_increment or auto_increment_offset are used.
Also MySQL 5.6/5.7 exhibit different behaviour between
LGORITHM=INPLACE and ALGORITHM=COPY, so something needs to be tested
and fixed in both MariaDB 10.0 and 10.2.

* innodb.innodb-wl5980-alter: disabled because it would trigger an
InnoDB assertion failure (MDEV-13668 may need additional effort in 10.2)

364b15c090 MW-336 Avoid slave threads leaking
This patch fixes two problems that may arise when changing the
value of wsrep_slave_threads:

1) Threads may be leaked if wsrep_slave_threads is changed
   repeatedly. Specifically, when changing the number of slave
   threads, we keep track of wsrep_slave_count_change, the
   number of slaves to start / stop. The problem arises when
   wsrep_slave_count_change is updated before slaves had a
   chance to exit (threads may take some time to exit, as they
   exit only after commiting one more replication event).
   The fix is to update wsrep_slave_count_change such that it
   reflects the number of threads that already exited or are
   scheduled to exit.

2) Attempting to set out of range value for wsrep_slave_threads
   (below 1 / above 512) results in wsrep_slave_count_change to
   be computed based on the out of range value, even though a
   warning is generated and wsrep_slave_threads is set to a
   truncated value. wsrep_slave_count_change is computed in
   wsrep_slave_threads_check(), which is called before mysql
   checks for valid range. Fix is to update wsrep_count_change
   whenever wsrep_slave_threads is updated with a valid value.

dd8474b1dc Added tmp_disk_table_size to limit size of Aria temp tables in tmpdir
- Added variable tmp_disk_table_size
- Added variable tmp_memory_table_size as an alias for tmp_table_size
- Changed internal variable tmp_table_size to tmp_memory_table_size
- create_info.data_file_length is now set with tmp_disk_table_size
- Fixed that Aria doesn't reset max_data_file_length for internal tables
- Added status flag if table is full so that we can detect this on next insert.
  This ensures that the table is always 'correct', but we get the error one
  row after the row that grow the table too big.
- Removed some mutex lock for internal temporary tables

89d80c1b0b Fix many -Wconversion warnings.
Define my_thread_id as an unsigned type, to avoid mismatch with
ulonglong. Change some parameters to this type.

Use size_t in a few more places.

Declare many flag constants as unsigned to avoid sign mismatch
when shifting bits or applying the unary ~ operator.

When applying the unary ~ operator to enum constants, explictly
cast the result to an unsigned type, because enum constants can
be treated as signed.

In InnoDB, change the source code line number parameters from
ulint to unsigned type. Also, make some InnoDB functions return
a narrower type (unsigned or uint32_t instead of ulint;
bool instead of ibool).

e65f667bb6 MDEV-9573 'Stop slave' hangs on replication slave
The reason for this is that stop slave takes LOCK_active_mi over the
whole operation while some slave operations will also need LOCK_active_mi
which causes deadlocks.

Fixed by introducing object counting for Master_info and not taking
LOCK_active_mi over stop slave or even stop_all_slaves()

Another benefit of this approach is that it allows:
- Multiple threads can run SHOW SLAVE STATUS at the same time
- START/STOP/RESET/SLAVE STATUS on a slave will not block other slaves
- Simpler interface for handling get_master_info()
- Added some missing unlock of 'log_lock' in error condtions
- Moved rpl_parallel_inactivate_pool(&global_rpl_thread_pool) to end
  of stop_slave() to not have to use LOCK_active_mi inside
  terminate_slave_threads()
- Changed argument for remove_master_info() to Master_info, as we always
  have this available
- Fixed core dump when doing FLUSH TABLES WITH READ LOCK and parallel
  replication. Problem was that waiting for pause_for_ftwrl was not done
  when deleting rpt->current_owner after a force_abort.

d75d8631ed [MDEV-10570] Add Flashback support
==== Description ====

Flashback can rollback the instances/databases/tables to an old snapshot.
It's implement on Server-Level by full image format binary logs (--binlog-row-image=FULL), so it supports all engines.
Currently, it’s a feature inside mysqlbinlog tool (with --flashback arguments).

Because the flashback binlog events will store in the memory, you should check if there is enough memory in your machine.

==== New Arguments to mysqlbinlog ====

--flashback (-B)
It will let mysqlbinlog to work on FLASHBACK mode.

==== New Arguments to mysqld ====

--flashback

Setup the server to use flashback. This enables binary log in row mode
and will enable extra logging for DDL's needed by flashback feature

==== Example ====

I have a table "t" in database "test", we can compare the output with "--flashback" and without.

#client/mysqlbinlog /data/mysqldata_10.0/binlog/mysql-bin.000001 -vv -d test -T t --start-datetime="2013-03-27 14:54:00" > /tmp/1.sql
#client/mysqlbinlog /data/mysqldata_10.0/binlog/mysql-bin.000001 -vv -d test -T t --start-datetime="2013-03-27 14:54:00" -B > /tmp/2.sql

Then, importing the output flashback file (/tmp/2.log), it can flashback your database/table to the special time (--start-datetime).
And if you know the exact postion, "--start-postion" is also works, mysqlbinlog will output the flashback logs that can flashback to "--start-postion" position.

==== Implement ====

1. As we know, if binlog_format is ROW (binlog-row-image=FULL in 10.1 and later), all columns value are store in the row event, so we can get the data before mis-operation.

2. Just do following things:

  2.1 Change Event Type, INSERT->DELETE, DELETE->INSERT.
  For example:
    INSERT INTO t VALUES (...)  ---> DELETE FROM t WHERE ...
    DELETE FROM t ... ---> INSERT INTO t VALUES (...)

  2.2 For Update_Event, swapping the SET part and WHERE part.
  For example:
    UPDATE t SET cols1 = vals1 WHERE cols2 = vals2
    --->
    UPDATE t SET cols2 = vals2 WHERE cols1 = vals1

  2.3 For Multi-Rows Event, reverse the rows sequence, from the last row to the first row.
  For example:
    DELETE FROM t WHERE id=1; DELETE FROM t WHERE id=2; ...; DELETE FROM t WHERE id=n;
    --->
    DELETE FROM t WHERE id=n; ...; DELETE FROM t WHERE id=2; DELETE FROM t WHERE id=1;

  2.4 Output those events from the last one to the first one which mis-operation happened.
  For example:

f1fcc1fc10 Back-port Master_info::using_parallel() to 10.0.
This has no functional changes, but it helps avoid merge problems from 10.0
to 10.1. In 10.0, code that checks for parallel replication uses
opt_slave_parallel_threads > 0, but this check needs to be
mi->using_parallel() in 10.1. By using the same check in 10.0 (with
unchanged semantics), merge problems to 10.1 are avoided.

On slave, The IO thread will uncompress and convert them When it receiving the events from the master.
So the SQL and worker threads can be stay unchanged.

Now we use zlib as compress algorithm. It maybe support other algorithm in the future.
