62c8014171 Fixed some build problems. 
Fix that compressed packets and normal packets looks indentical before calling net_real_write()
(Needed for query cache)
Optimize IS NULL handling

6b37cce2ae mysqltest can now talk to manager and start/stop servers with 
server_start/server_stop
changed rpl000018 to use the new server restart feature instead of a
