5c5a116b47 MDEV-16614 signal 7 after calling stored procedure, that uses regexp
The problem happened in the derived condition pushdown code:
- When Item_func_regex::build_clone() was called, it created a copy of
  the original Item_func_regex, and this copy got registered in free_list.
  Class specific additional dynamic members (such as "re") made
  a shallow copy, rather than a deep copy, in the cloned Item_func_regex.
  As a result, the Regexp_processor_pcre::m_pcre of the cloned Item_func_regex
  and of the original Item_func_regex pointed to the same compiled regular
  expression.
- On cleanup_items(), both original and cloned copies of Item_func_regex
  called re.cleanup(), which called pcre_free(m_pcre). So the same compiled
  regular expression was freed two times, which was noticed by ASAN.

The same problem was repeatable for Item_func_regexp_instr.

A similar problem happened for Item_func_sp, for the sp_result_field member.
Both original and cloned copies of Item_func_sp pointed the same Field instance
and both deleted it on cleanup().

A possible solution would be to fix build_clone() to create deep
(instead of shallow) copies for the dynamic members of the affected classes
(Item_func_regex, Item_func_regexp_instr, Item_func sp).
However, this would be too complex.

As agreed with Galina and Igor, this patch disallows using using these
affected classes in derived condition pushdown by overriding get_clone()
to return NULL.

3c141e319a MDEV-15087 Item_func::fix_fields:
Assertion `used_tables_cache == 0' failed

This bug manifested itself when executing queries
over materialized derived tables /vies and with
conjunctive always true predicates containing
inexpensive single-row subqueries.
This bug disappeared after the patch mdev-15035
had been applied.

778df04661 MDEV-16517: Server crash in Item_func_in::val_int() when
IN predicate defined with non-constant values is pushed down

The problem appears because of wrong changes made in MDEV-16090 in the
Item_func_in::build_clone() method.
For the clone of the IN predicate it copied 'cmp_fields' array values
that become dirty after Item::cleanup_excluding_const_fields_processor
has worked in pushdown. That causes crash.
There is no need to copy 'cmp_fields' field, the array values should be
NULLs in order to fix_fields() for the cloned IN predicate can set them
correctly. fix_fields() computes values for 'cmp_fields' array only
if they were not set earlier.

ec4fdd5749 MDEV-16386: Wrong result when pushdown into the HAVING clause of the
materialized derived table/view that uses aliases is done

The problem appears when a column alias inside the materialized derived
table/view t1 definition coincides with the column name used in the
GROUP BY clause of t1. If the condition that can be pushed into t1
uses that ambiguous column name this column is determined as a column that
is used in the GROUP BY clause instead of the alias used in the projection
list of t1. That causes wrong result.
To prevent it resolve_ref_in_select_and_group() was changed.

6c0f3dd341 MDEV-16090: Server crash in in Item_func_in::val_int or assertion `in_item'
failure upon SELECT with impossible condition

The problem appears because of a wrong implementation of the
Item_func_in::build_clone() method. It didn't clone 'array' and 'cmp_fields'
fields for the cloned IN predicate and this could cause crashes.
The Item_func_in::fix_length_and_dec() method was refactored and a new method
named Item_func_in::create_array() was created. It allowed to create 'array'
for cloned IN predicates in a proper way.

8b26fea835 MDEV-16088: Pushdown into materialized views/derived tables doesn't
work in the IN subqueries

The pushdown into the materialized derived table/view wasn't done because
optimize() for the derived was called before any conditions that can
be pushed down were extracted. So optimize() in
convert_join_subqueries_to_semijoins() method is called too early and is
unnecessary. The second optimize() call in mysql_handle_single_derived()
is enough.

6223f1dd98 MDEV-15579 Crash in Item_field::used_tables() called by
Item::derived_field_transformer_for_having

The crash occurred due to an inappropriate handling of multiple equalities
when pushing conditions into materialized views/derived tables. If equalities
extracted from a multiple equality can be pushed into a materialized
view/derived table they should be plainly conjuncted with other pushed
predicates rather than form a separate AND sub-formula.

343bcb152f Fixed mdev-14237 Server crash on query with regexp_substr
It's better to prohibit pushdown of conditions that involve
regexp_substr() and regexp_replace() into materialized derived
tables / views until proper implementations of the get_copy()
virtual method are provided for those functions.

9f0c1c0cf6 Fixed the bug mdev-13193.
When an equality that can be pushed into a materialized derived
table / view is extracted from multiple equalities and their
operands are cloned then if they have some pointers to Item_equal
objects those pointers must be set to NULL in the clones. Anyway
they are not valid in the pushed predicates.

9f3622191d Fixed the bug mdev-12845.
This patch fills in a serious flaw in the
code that supports condition pushdown into
materialized views / derived tables.

If a predicate happened to contain a reference
to a mergeable view / derived table and it does
not depended directly on the target materialized
view / derived table then the predicate was not
considered as a subject to pusdown to this view
/ derived table.

423b7da36f Fixed bug mdev-11820.
The fields st_select_lex::cond_pushed_into_where and
st_select_lex::cond_pushed_into_having should be re-initialized
for the unit specifying a derived table at every re-execution
of the query that uses this derived table, because the result
of condition pushdown may be different for different executions.

9b27d3e86e Fixed bug mdev-11608.
The fix for bug mdev-11488 introduced the virtual method
convert_to_basic_const_item for the class Item_cache.
The implementation of this method for the class Item_cache_str
was not quite correct: the server could crash if the cached item
was null.
A similar problem could appear for the implementation of
this method for the class Item_cache_decimal. Although I could not
reproduce the problem I decided to change the code appropriately.

5c69879f3b Fixed bug mdev-11593.
When a condition containing NULLIF is pushed into a materialized
view/derived table the clone of the Item_func_nullif item must
be processed in a special way to guarantee that the first argument
points to the same item as the third argument.

441fa0056d Fixed bug mdev-11488.
The patch for bug mdev-10882 tried to fix it by providing an
implementation of the virtual method build_clone for the class
Item_cache. It's turned out that it is not easy provide a valid
implementation for Item_cache::build_clone(). At the same time
if the condition that can be pushed into a materialized view
contains a cached item this item can be substituted for a basic
constant of the same value. In such a way we can avoid building
proper clones for Item_cache objects when constructing pushdown
conditions.

f4d6f26a4f Fixed bug mdev-11315.
There were no implementations for the virtual functions
exclusive_dependence_on_table_processor and
exclusive_dependence_on_table_processor. As a result
the procedure pushdown_cond_for_derived erroneously
detected some conditions with outer references as pushable
into materialized view / derived table.

The class Item_func_nop_all missed an implementation
of the virtual method get_copy.
As a result if the condition that can be pushed into
into a materialized view / derived table contained
an ANY subselect then the pushdown condition was built
incorrectly.

68e7d92c4c Fixed bug mdev-11072.
In a general case the conditions with outer fields cannot
be pushed into materialized views / derived tables.
However if the outer field in the condition refers to a
single row table then the condition may be pushable.
In this case a special care should be taken for outer
fields when pushing the condition into a materialized view /
derived table.

1f1990a161 Fixed bug mdev-10884.
If a materialized derived table / view is specified by a unit
with SELECTs containing ORDER BY ... LIMIT then condition pushdown
cannot be done for these SELECTs.
If a materialized derived table / view is specified by a unit
containing global ORDER BY ... LIMIT then condition pushdown
cannot be done for this unit.

c22d307afa Fixed bug mdev-10785.
The condition pushed into WHERE/HAVING of a materialized
view/derived table may differ for different executions of
the same prepared statement. That's why the should be
ANDed with the existing WHERE/HAVING conditions only after all
permanent transformations of these conditions has been
performed.

This bug in the code of Item_ref::build_clone could
cause corruption of items in where conditions.
Also made sure that equality predicates extracted
from multiple equality items to be pushed into
materialized views were cloned.

3b40f78ede Fixed a flaw in the implementation of condition push-down
for materialized views and derived tables: there were no
push-down if the view was defined as union of selects
without aggregation. Added test cases with such unions.

Adjusted result files after the merge of the code for mdev-9197.
