Change default value of the followings
quick_mode 0 -> 3
quick_page_size 100 -> 1024
Add the following parameter for limiting result page size by byte
- quick_page_byte(qpb)
Number of bytes in a page when acquisition one by one.
When quick_mode is 1 or 2, Spider stores at least 1 record even if
quick_page_byte is smaller than 1 record. When quick_mode is 3,
quick_page_byte is used for judging using temporary table.
That is given to priority when server parameter spider_quick_page_byte
is set.
The default value is 10485760
Fix "out of sync" issue at using quick_mode = 1 or 2
This will make it easier to how memory allocation is done when debugging
with either DBUG or gdb.
Will especially help when debugging stored procedures
Main change is a name argument as second argument to init_alloc_root()
init_sql_alloc()

- Added DBUG_ENTER/EXIT to some Virtual_tmp_table functions
Clean-up nolock.h: it doesn't serve any purpose anymore. Appropriate code moved
to x86-gcc.h and my_atomic.h.
If gcc sync bultins were detected, we want to make use of them independently of
__GNUC__ definition. E.g. XLC simulates those, but doesn't define __GNUC__.
HS/Spider: According to AIX manual alloca() returns char*, which cannot be
casted to any type with static_cast. Use explicit cast instead.
MDL: Removed namemangling pragma, which didn't let MariaDB build with XLC.
WSREP: _int64 seem to be conflicting name with XLC, replaced with _integer64.
CONNECT: RTLD_NOLOAD is GNU extention. Removed rather meaningless check if
library is loaded. Multiple dlopen()'s of the same library are permitted,
and it never gets closed anyway. Except for error, which was a bug: it may
close library, which can still be referenced by other subsystems.
InnoDB: __ppc_get_timebase() is GNU extention. Only use it when __GLIBC__ is
defined.

MDEV-9278 - Debian: the Lintian complains about "shlib-calls-exit" in ha_spider.so
Handlersocket handles errors in a way that it aborts program execution. In most
cases it is done via abort(). One exception was host/service resolution failure,
which was aborted with exit().
As a workaround replaced this exit() with abort() for symmetry with other error
handling.
The reason for the failure was a bug in an include file on debian that causes 'struct stat'
to have different sized depending on the environment.
This patch fixes so that we always include my_global.h or my_config.h before we include any other files.
Other things:
- Removed #include <my_global.h> in some include files; Better to always do this at the top level to have as few
"always-include-this-file-first' files as possible.
- Removed usage of some include files that where already included by my_global.h or by other files.
