When a table was explicitly locked with LOCK TABLES no associated
tables from any related trigger on the subject table were locked.
As a result of this the user could experience unexpected locking
behavior and statement failures similar to "failed: 1100: Table'xx'
was not locked with LOCK TABLES".
This patch fixes this problem by making sure triggers are
pre-loaded on any statement if the subject table was explicitly
locked with LOCK TABLES.
function crashes server".
Attempts to execute prepared multi-delete statement which involved trigger or
stored function caused server crashes (the same happened for such statements
included in stored procedures in cases when one tried to execute them more
than once).
The problem was caused by yet another incorrect usage of check_table_access()
routine (the latter assumes that table list which it gets as argument
corresponds to value LEX::query_tables_own_last). We solve this problem by
juggling with LEX::query_tables_own_last value when we call
check_table_access() for LEX::auxilliary_table_list (better solution is too
intrusive and should be done in 5.1).
VIEWs, Prepared statement": we didn't mark the nested views
as 'prelockng placeholders' when building the prelocking list.
This resulted in these views being processed (merged, materialized)
before they are actually used.
* Don't activate prelocking mode for evaluating procedure arguments when it is not necessary.
* Code structure simplification and cleanup.
* Cleanup in .test files
its body, but lets each statement to get/release its own locks. This allows a broader set
of statements to be executed inside PROCEDUREs (but breaks replication)
