Fix LOAD DATA INFILE warnings to have a better meanigful messages
Fix to make the mysql command line to automatically show the warnings count for all basic commands
doing it in sql_yacc.yy does not work
this commit contains fixes for other tests
there are fixes in subselect test which will have to be changed
once fix_fields is fixed to work with aliased derived tables
Warning handling and initial prepared statement handling (last not complete yet)

This would cause a deadlock in mysqld, it now generates the error:
ER_SET_CONSTANTS_ONLY as follows:
mysql> set @foo=bar;
ERROR 1204: You may only use constant expressions with SET
slave will skip the first SQL_SLAVE_SKIP_COUNTER events on start -
this is needed to recover from broken replication when the next log
event(s) should just be skipped.
