OPTIMIZE TABLE against MyISAM/Aria table may fail and leave stale temporary file
if mysql_file_create() returns 0 file descriptor. This was due to wrong
condition, which considered 0 as failure.
5.5 doesn't have fix for MDEV-5679, thus 0 file descriptor is always occupied
by stdin and this bug is not reproducible.
10.1 has fix for MDEV-8475, which hides this bug.
No test case since it mostly depends on how OS returns file descriptors.

The problem was that my_hash_sort didn't properly delete end-space characters properly, so strings that should compare
identically was seen as different strings. (Space was handled correctly, but not NBSP)
This caused duplicate key errors when a heap table was converted to Aria as part of overflow in group by.
Fixed by removing all characters that compares as end space when creating a hash.
Other things:
- Fixed that --sorted_results also works for errors in mysqltest.
- Speed up hash by not comparing strings that has different hash.
- Speed up many my_hash_sort functions by using registers to calculate hash instead of pointers.
This was previously done for some functions, but not for all.
- Made a macro of the hash function, to simplify code and to be able to experiment with new hash functions.

The isssue was that the check if a table was moved between systems didn't take into account that create_trid could be bigger than the current max trid on the new system.
This could only happen if one tried to move a table that one had just done a 'REPAIR TABLE' on.
Tables that one had run 'aria_chk --zerofill' on worked.
Fixed this by assuming that if create_trid is too big then the table has been moved from one system to another and we have to do an automatic zerofill.
Other fixed:
- Added a check to detect a wrong create_trid in 'check table'.
- aria_chk -dvv will now write out also the create_trid (to make future error finding easier)
- aria_chk --zerofill doesn't anymore require a aria_control_file

Base code and idea from a patch from by plinux at Taobao.
The idea is that we mark all memory that are thread specific with MY_THREAD_SPECIFIC.
Memory counting is done per thread in the my_malloc_size_cb_func callback function from my_malloc().
There are plenty of new asserts to ensure that for a debug server the counting is correct.
Information_schema.processlist gets two new columns: MEMORY_USED and EXAMINED_ROWS.
- The later is there mainly to show how query is progressing.
The following changes in interfaces was needed to get this to work:
- init_alloc_root() amd init_sql_alloc() has extra option so that one can mark memory with MY_THREAD_SPECIFIC
- One now have to use alloc_root_set_min_malloc() to set min memory to be allocated by alloc_root()
