MariaDB-backup needs to check for SLAVE MONITOR as that is
what is returned by SHOW GRANTS.
Update test to ensure that warnings about missing privileges
do not occur when the backup is successful.

Thanks Eugene for reporting the issue.
Added support to BACKUP STAGE to maria-backup
This is a port of the code from ES 10.6
See MDEV-5336 for backup stages description.
The following old options are not supported by the new code:
--rsync ; This is because rsync will not work on tables
that are in used.
--no-backup-locks ; This is disabled as mariadb-backup will always
use backup locks for better performance.
opt_kill_long_query_type being an enum could be 0 corresponding
to ALL. When ALL is specified, the CONNECTION ADMIN is still
required.
Also check REPLICA MONITOR privilege and make the tests
find the results by recording stderr.
Noticed thanks to bug report by Tim van Dijen.
Fixes: 79b58f1ca8
Since the 10.5 split of the privileges, the required GRANTs
for various mariabackup operations has changed.
In the addition of tests, a number of mappings where incorrect:
The option --lock-ddl-per-table didn't require connection admin.
The option --safe-slave-backup requires SLAVE MONITOR even without
the --no-lock option.
If required privilege is missing, dump the output from "SHOW GRANTS"
into mariabackup log.
This will help troubleshooting, and make the bug reproducible.
ported privilege checking from xtrabackup.
Now, mariabackup would terminate early if either RELOAD or PROCESS privilege
is not held, not at the very end of backup
The behavior can be disabled with nre setting --check-privileges=0.
Also , --no-lock does not need all of these privileges, since it skips
FTWRL and SHOW ENGINE STATUS INNODB.
