SHOW commands fail in embedded mode because schema_table array doesn't
correspond to enum_schema_tables.
This patch implements a dummy implementation of the abstract fill_table
function to be used when the event scheduler (or other core feature)
isn't part of the build.
The event scheduler was not designed to work in embedded mode. This
patch disables and excludes the event scheduler when the server is
compiled for embedded build.
If excluding Federated, make sure dynamic plugin is not built

Rename client_last_error to last_error and client_last_errno to last_errno
to not break connectors which use the internal net structure for error handling.
There was no way to return an error from the client library
if no MYSQL connections was established.
So here i added variables to store that king of errors and
made functions like mysql_error(NULL) to return these.

Do not send OK/EOF packets to the client until we reached the end of
the current statement.
This is a consolidation, to keep the functionality that is shared by all
SQL statements in one place in the server.
Currently this functionality includes:
- close_thread_tables()
- log_slow_statement().
After this patch and the subsequent patch for Bug#12713, it shall also include:
- ha_autocommit_or_rollback()
- net_end_statement()
- query_cache_end_of_result().
In future it may also include:
- mysql_reset_thd_for_next_command().
PS-protocol data is stored in different format - the MYSQL_RECORDS->data
contains the link to the record content, not to array of the links to
the field's contents. So we have to handle it separately for
embedded-server query cache.
server status wasn't properly sent to the client after the error
by the embedded server. Wasn't noticed before as one usually stopped
retrieving results after he gets an error.
Remove the mysql_odbc_escape_string() function. The function
has multi-byte character escaping issues, doesn't honor the
NO_BACKSLASH_ESCAPES mode and is not used anymore by the
Connector/ODBC as of 3.51.17.
failing 'INSTALL PLUGIN' statement doesn't work in embedded server
as we disable library loading there.
Fixed by enabling loading libraries (#define HAVE_DLOPEN), what also
makes UDF working in the embedded server.
When mysql_server_init() interrupts on some error (wrong errmsg file
for example) in the middle of it's execution, it doesn't call
execute_ddl_log_recovery() so LOCK_gdl mutex isn't init-ed.
In this case we shouldn't execute release_ddl_log during cleanup
as it uses that mutex inside.

Post-pushbuild fix
Pushbuild detected a new need for lex initialization in
embedded server.
Fixed test for INSERT DELAYED in partitions_hash.test so that
it works with embedded server.
